I found this food service doing a quick Google search, and so far, I love it! Unlike big companies like FitLife or Factor, every week is different. You don’t ever get the same meal twice, at least from what I’ve seen. I really enjoy that level of variety. All the food is super tasty, and you eat things you don’t normally eat. My husband is a picky eater, and even he finishes up all his meals. I am so happy to have found this service. It’s a great value for the money.
Absolutely amazing! Have used a few meal prep companies in the past but Health rush is by far the best. Rochelle has been absolutely amazing to work with and goes above and beyond to keep you happy with the meals! Highly recommended!

A small company that actually cares about you! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and it is always a pleasure to work with Health Rush.
