Food poisoning is what my friend got from eating a bowl here with gravy. I told her not to get it because it just didn’t look clean the handling of the food. Sometimes it’s just washing your hands, changing your gloves. Anyways it ended up being the most expensive meal ever because she ended up hospitalized on antibiotics to recover. ??.

Although there is some customers that make your job 10x harder the night shift of 2/5/24 are absolutely amazing. Getting right to the point doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I would love to return here and will be returning here. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

I online ordered the extra crispy 12 piece, 3 sides family combo on Thurs 12/28/23 4:30pm. Went to pick it up at 5:00, food handed to me about 5:05 with a "Have a Happy New Year" departure. When I got home, everything was fresh and hot. Mashed w/gravy, mac and cheese, slaw, biscuits. Very good overall and I'm satisfied. Thank you!

Will never order from this KFC ever again. Only gave 1 stars cause this thing wouldn't let me post a review without giving at least one star...This location needs better employees. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a fill up box orders and it was not super busy..Others came after me and got their orders. I had to get out of my car and go inside in order to get them in there to prepare my orders.

I pulled up at about 1055am and so glad this location was open because I was starving! I went through the drive through the lady was pleasant and patient while I decided what I wanted to order. I ordered 2 orders of the hot & spicy 8 piece wings for $4.99 which is a really good deal. I get to the window and the lady which i'm assuming could be one of the managers because of her uniform was pleasant, smiled and handed me my food. It smelled so good and was freshly cooked. I look in the bag and there is one classic ranch, so I get the managers attention and say can I get one more ranch she says it will be a charge, my mind checked out as soon as she said a charge so I don't remember if she said of $.27 or $.75 either way I said but I have two orders of chicken and just one sauce, she said that's how it is and there is a charge. Now I don't mind having to pay for additional items but I only got ONE sauce for two orders of chicken and one of the orders wasn't mine so that means I am having to pay extra for something that should have come with the TWO orders of chicken, if I had placed two separate orders I would have received the sauce with each order. I'm not sure if this place is independently owned and trying to save on the business but this was crazy that I would have had to pay for sauce that should be included. I normally go to the KFC off of Coral Ridge which is closer and got this same exact order last week and got sauce for each order of chicken and was not charged for the one extra I asked for, I just happened to be on 441 and decided to stop at this location. I might not visit this one again. Other than my sauce issue the speed of service and freshness of my food was good so will give this three stars.
