The manager of this place showed no concern whatsoever when he found out Apollo took payment for a scheduled order of 5 whole chickens but did not place the order. We called on Friday to place an order for a farewell event for Monday at our school, our secretary went to pick it up and the order was never placed but they charged us! The manager didn't make any attempt to replace the items or make the order on the spot considering the Secretary could plenty of chickens already cooked. We had to call the home office to get reimbursed till today that hasn't happened. Unreal!!! Will never order from them again!

Yesterday my husband and I went to this pollo tropical since we were in the area shopping the GIRL (employee) taking orders at the drive thru was very but very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Rushing us to order when we pulled up to the window to pay my husband asked if she can add drinks since she was rushing us, the rude employee responded “nah bruh” my time almost up” nah bruh” go back to thru the drive thru and order”… Excuse you??? Pollo has to really watch who they hire to work for them. Very rude and disrespectful, disgusting attitude.
