DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I went in at 6:10 pm today order a hot dog, an arepa, 3 empanadas and 3 pandebonos to go and a beer while in waited. Keep in mind the place was empty. No one but me, I sat down to drink my beer 10 mins pass, people came in ,20 mins pass , 30 mins pass and nothing! So I got up and asked why it was taking so long? She said because a paper didn't come out to tell the chef to cook my food, but there was no one else there for 10 mins! And the kitchen is literally 10 feet away! I said okay. 5 more mins pass and nothing. So I said please give me whatever is done and the rest just refund me I been here almost 40 mins, she said ok and that she had to contact her boss, 5 more mins pass by and she said ok I'm going to give you back your money minus the beer, (remember I had told her to give me whatever was done, she gave me nothing!) So I waited 40 mins and all I got was a beer?! Horrible service! And to make things worse as I was getting my money back she walked away to give food 6 empanadas and a burger to the people that arrived 10 minutes after me! How were they getting food before me? And yet I never got a single item, this place is a joke, horrible service and they did nothing to even mend up for their horrible service. DO not go save yourself a headache and go to other colombian places around the way that have a much better service, I been to other colombian fast food places and order before and gotten food 10 mins later the max! This place took 40 mins and I got nothing! If I could I would rate it a 0 because it was my first time there and it was horrible.No vayan! Order a cholado & it was nothing like a typical cholado fruits were tasteless no flavor on the ice it was super blend a big no for us $19 for two definitely not worth it, service is slow. Lady was nice but the cholado was not worth it.

Sacm! Scam!! Scam!!!For the service of lunch I was charged 26% as authomatic tip. Besides, a $2.00 because I payed with my debit card. And, they suggested me to tip and EXTRA 10 to 20 % . I may agreed to all the charges if I was told at front. Or, I will choose to leave since I tip as long I received à good service. 26% authomatic tip?? It is insane!! It should be ilegal!! Never again. Bad. Scam. Ask before you sit down!! ??

tastes exactly like the one in hollywood, come to find out it's a family owned business! everything was amazing, the service, the staff, the food. the portions were huge! will definitely be coming back knowing how close it is to our house

The food wasn't bad. The maicito was pretty good actually. Their tap water was dirty, which is nice that they disclosed. But then they turn around and sell you their own store labeled bottled water. ? So $2 coke can it was. Nowhere did I see any signs of forced tip nor of a charge for using credit cards, but there those charges were on my bill. Came out to 22% extra in charges. No final receipt was provided.Update: It was two of us, so no service charge should have been issued. The tip was not optional, as there was no way to remove it. And the credit card charge extra fee should be disclosed on the menu or at every table, not hidden anywhere else.
If you like traditional hamburgers and hotdogs this is the right spot
