I ordered two tuna salads and cookies online. I had my husband pick up the order. I paid $1.00 extra for extra tuna on both salads, and I ordered 3 cookies, oatmeal, macadamian, and raspberry cheesecake. I did not receive the extra scoops of tuna, and they ended up giving me 2 oatmeal cookies. Really?? I even tipped the server online. I am not happy with the service this location provided. I feel like i wasted my money, and I believe this was a simple order. Asking for good customer service is becoming scarce these days.

STEPHANIE! Thank you for saving me from hunger lol. I love how she greeted me with so much energy! Everything was on point! The veggies were fresh, bread, and the atmosphere was way more welcoming than the Subway just south of here on 441!

The hours say they close at 10pm. I get there at 9:15pm and they tell me they can't sell me a meatball sub at this hour. Seriously? You're open for another 45 minutes and you can't serve me a sub you're supposed to be selling? I come this way a lot but this is the last time I buy from this place. Sounds like laziness to me.

Not just any subway.I think every subway has a fresh appetizing signature smell. The difference is the magic that the workers put into every art of food served here. Every day I come in for sub artist Nia. Some days a sub, some days a salad.I love walking in to be greeted by her smile and genuine " hey peter, welcome", "are we doing a salad with the crispy bacon you love?". Nia keeps subways motto of fresh to the fullest. Fresh ingredients personally prepared, fresh Flores and clean counter space, fresh positive vibes in the store.While waiting in line I see considerate consistency for all patrons. Everyone gets a unique costumer service and respect for there time here with Nia. Sanitary conditions are always priority with her ( changing gloves, cleaning counter space). I've seen her deal with complicated orders so politely and professional. Always smiling and keeping everyone's requests in mind while in a busy store. Something keeps me coming back here. Management would be proud and should be honored to have Nia on the team. She definitely works hard and keeps the store a joy to be in.If your in this area I recommend coming to to this subway and having it the best way.FreshCleanPositiveAnd fulfillingThis store has my heart and the world deserves to have the best fresh food catered here by Nia. My experience at this store was horrible. I was stolen because of 5 slices of pepperoni. I wanted to pay my order using the coupon 2 footlongs for $12.99. I always use this coupon for the same subs, (meatballs) (The boos). And actually the 5 slices of pepperoni are the difference between the subs. The toaster was broken, (another) reason to give a bad review but I was informed before so I accepted this and I'm not complaining about it, but at checkout I was informed by the lady that I can't use the coupon because the boss is not included on the promo. Well, I read carefully the coupon and the information is very clear (not included The Monster, The Mexicali and Turkey Cali Club) No one word about THE BOSS. Besides that I informed the lady that I used the same coupon at the same store with the same subs a few days ago and the coupon miraculously worked. So wait I minute. You really want me to believe that the coupon is not valid for the sub I ordered? Come on!!!! You stole me!!! I only pay for the order to have a receipt and go to the subway survey website and let your boss know that your are stolen people! I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND this stores to anyone. Next time think twice before stole people! I'M YOUR 1 STAR REVIEW NIGHTMARE! and you only got 1 star from me because is not possible to give a ZERO star review. Don't mess with money!!!! Especially if it's not yours!

Rose is an amazing worker, she is very kind and patient. She works diligently and fast. Her subs are always wrapped clean and neat, she makes amazing subs. Would 100 percent recommend you to get your subs made by Rose. I also think she deserves a raise for showing great work ethics and making sure customers are satisfied with their orders.

Why do you have to ask the sandwich person to put sauce on your meatball sub, and then be told that's what you were told? Only time i didn't leave a tip in the jar at subway, and will never return to this location

Absolutely wonderful place! Clean, and the employees are always very kind. I almost always come here on my meal breaks, and every time it's wonderful. Though it can sometimes be slow, I'm okay with that, because it just means higher quality food.

How at 8:30 in the morning there is no bread ready subs when they supposedly open at 7 am? Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I have given this Subway way to many chances in the past especially with that snooty Samantha.
