I've contacted Subway regarding this store 3 times now using the form and I have not received a response (I've checked spam, which only has about 3-5 emails most of the time). All I've received are the confirmation emails of the form being submitted. On 8/15 I ordered 3 subs and one was a combo. It did not come as a combo only the sub. I want a refund for the combo part I didn't get--$3.29. This shouldn't be so hard for a $16 Billion dollar company.

This beautiful girl (juju) served me and my daughter her costumer service was on point and she was very patient with me even tho my daughter was being a little difficult and the guy also was very friendly and had a really nice conversation

First let me say I was so disappointed with the service. Where do I start!!!!1. I ordered the rotisserie chicken protein bowl with pepper jack cheese toasted. The owner did not want to melt the cheese at my request. Which is crazy because any other subway have done it before.2. I asked for my veggies to be chopped up. The lady took a knife with mayonnaise on it and did not clean it and chopped up my vegetables. DisgustingThey do not listen to the customer. They do whatever they want to do. They were not friendly at all. I will never come back to the subway ever again.

Went in at 7pm today (4/7/23) to order a sandwich for my sister and my 6 yr old niece. She didn't want anything until she saw the eggs in the case, and asked for an egg and cheese sandwich. The girl at the register just replied, "that's breakfast". Folks, there was a tray FULL of damn eggs right there next to all the toppings. When I asked again if she could have an egg and cheese sandwich, since the eggs are clearly prepared and RIGHT THERE, she again just said "that's breakfast". Mind you, the gentleman working with her got the bread out and cut it for the sandwich, but this girl just rang up our other sandwich and said "anything else"? I said "I guess not unless she can have an egg and cheese sandwich" and she just cashed me out. So, fair warning.... don't order an egg sandwich at this subway tomorrow morning because chances are you're getting these precious eggs that are already cooked today and she is clearly saving FOR BREAKFAST. If you're the GM and you are reading this, please talk to your employees about customer service. You're signage does not indicate that breakfast is limited to certain hours.

The food products are great, only they should the sprcials if you get an item at the store and want to pay cash, why should I as a. Customer pay full price if Subway is doing specials but only being honored via a phone app.I think they should think that idea. I or any customer should be able to get it at the discount price at the store if we buy it at your store and pay cash. , Thank for hearing me out corporate Mgmt. A recurring customer....Wheelchair accessibility: They need to make the curb for wheelchair accessible other than than just park on the curb
