Went through the drive through, employees were very friendly and consistently chatty, they were pleasant and bubbly the entire time, yet still efficient, the seafood taster platter we ordered came out within ten minutes and was still hot.Kid-friendliness: Regarding kid friendliness, workers are overall pleasant and good with kids in my past experiences, theres plenty of options for kids specifically on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Regarding wheelchair accessibility the parking lot is flat and at worst has a slight incline, both the inside and outside of the restaurant are completely wheelchair friendly, having no sharp inclines and or stairs.

I came to Capitan D'S here in marianna I came at 9:30 I just got off work and all I wanted was to pick up a hot meal before heading home. When we came to the speaker there was a car already ordering we sat behind them for about 5 mins lady pulls up than we pull up to the speaker it took them a couple minute's to even say ANYTHING! They couldn't even greet us right. They exact words was "Give us a Minute!!! We sat there patiently for 15 whole mins and they turn the menu lights off so as we came around we notice the car that was behind us didn't leave they went to the window another 10 mins goes by this lady was knocking constantly and they refuse to come to window and take our order. Eventually the car in front of us park and the guy on the passenger side comes out to SEE if he can enter the restaurant but nope it was locked as WELL. Which I figured it would have been. I'm not sure what time lobby close because I always go through drive through. I couldn't be more upset and bother with how unprofessional they were. I probably will no longer come here!!! I'm pretty sure they won't even be fired. I work at a fast food place.... I'm a manager and I know what's to be expected and this was not it!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I Will also be at the store in the am as well as calling corporate!!!! You was completely wrong and deserve to be FIRED!!!!!!

Food came out fast and warm. Love everything i have ever ordered from here. The front lady who helps you works super hard and is nice and accommodating. They seem to be understaffed a lot as well, and this lady always does the best she can to help everyone and is never rude. Dining room is generally clean.

I had a very delightful experience in captain D’s. The food was very good, but the service was spectacular. The lady that took my order, her was on the receipt it said Angela, was super nice and patient with me when I couldn’t figure out what to order(probably should have looked at the menu before coming inside). However, the music was only okay.
I love this location! The food is consistently good and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes there is a little wait, if it's busy, but that's understandable. LOVE the fried fish!

There was a time where long John silvers was the king of fish with no princes vying for the throne. However the ugly stepchild has reached age of maturity and has stamped his place in royal hierarchy. This prince which we will call captain dessert has developed spicy fish fillets and with those filets they have convinced a nation to put him on the throne in the near future.
