Charged for a cup of water when also ordered food and coffee. 1st time I've been charged for a cup of water at dunkin. Had to pull around and wait in parking lot for order. No napkins for to go order.
This morning we were passing thru Mariana and stopped for breakfast. We decided to order from the app while in the car. What a joke, at first the app wouldn't open then it wouldn't let you see the items being ordered before or after you added an item to the cart. We gave up trying to order from the app andwentintothestore. Turned out the first partial order that disappeared had gone through and the second order before we stopped trying also went through.
