Stopped by during normal business hours and couldn't tell if they were opened or not.. parked and went up the walk-up window knocked . No one was available, and everything seemed to be shut down.

This is my first time eating at Krystal. The staff taking my order seemed tired and overworked. Only one of the two restrooms were open since the other one had its walls falling down. The restroom that was open had no soap, toilet paper or paper towels.The tables outside were in need of cleaning being covered in dirt and dust.The burgers I got has the thinnest slice of hamburger on them. The burgers themselves were soggy with way too much mustard. I order the 12 burger meal for me and my friend. We could hardly finish 5 between us since they were so inedible.The fries we received were warm at best, getting cold and inedible in less than 5 minutes.The sodas we got were plum full with ice, and the staff said they don't do refills.

This was my first time eating at Krystals. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I came here. The lady working the window was pleasant enough, but she seemed really overwhelmed. That is the only thing that was not absolutely terrible about this place.I got a sampling of many of their different offerings. I can honestly say that they were all absolutely terrible. Terrible flavor, terrible texture, terrible aftertaste that you can't get rid of.I only ate a small portion of each of the different foods because I could not force myself to eat anymore. I threw most of the food away. I didn't even make it to the car before I started vomiting. I think everything I ate came back up.This is truly one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. Worst $45 I ever spent.

Sat there for ½ hour food order was wrong. Got sick from the food place is nasty dirty dump and should be shut down by health dept how can this franchise be allowed to stay open when it is run so badly. Got sick from the food and did not finish. This place is shameful and owner must just not care form the looks of it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location !! So terrible !!

Just visited March 17th 2024. FT walton Beach 8pm. We were amazed the gentleman that was alone who kindly prepared our food and took our money. He was kind and hardworking and our food was great! Krystal you should be so lucky to have this man working for you

Dirty. Staff was a mess. Pretty sure he wore the same gloves to make my food as he has just use the same gloves touching dirty change and cash and buttons on the cash register and the window etc etc. My visit was at 3:10pm on March 16-2024I won’t be comin back. My chili cheese dogs were cold and barely had any cheese or chili. The guy barely responded to me or replied at all with words. His clothes looked dirty and the whole place looked dirty. I was hoping he wouldn’t make the food and wear the same gloves because of everything he did but it seems like he did. His left hand had a glove. Right hand had nothing. Then when he came back to serve the food the black glove still on left hand and clear glove on right hand. There was literally barely any cheese or chili on the dogs and some were cold. Won’t ever be back. Wasted 20.00 on food I spit out.

Lady working the night shift must Krystal herself because although there was a wait it was worth it. So good and so fresh.

Cold and dry. Not at all good. The rolls were crunch and the meat was dried out. Tot were refried, they were hallow inside

We bought a sackful of krystals with cheese the two drinks and two fries and after waiting for as long as it should have taken to make all of the food fresh we got everyone of our krystals with rock hard buns and patties that had to have been from morning time or lunch it's 5:31 and the fries tasted and looked refried and we not even hot horrible experience and this is the third time this has happened and you guys just can't get it together.

not a 24 hour store the sign on the window says they close at 11pm . the restaurant was empty at 11:30 when I went .... returned to the store today at 10:30 pm 1/2hour b4 closing time the guy in the store.look dead at me and refused to acknowledge me even after tapping on thr window ( walk up)I will not be returning to this or any other Krystal restaurants

Ordered through the mobile app, was excited to finally try this place for the first time. I ordered at 9pm, and the signs say they’re open until midnight on Fridays. Someone is inside the building, but not answering the speaker or coming to the window to give me the food I paid for. They keep hiding in the back when I pull around the drive thru, but go back to the register area after I pull away. Are y’all just trying steal my money and get a free meal?? I won’t ever give them another chance.

Krystal burgers not fresh. Onions were crunchy. Buns had a crunch to them. Seems like they had been sitting for awhile.
