We went in for dinner at 1910 on a Monday night. We were not greeted as per the usual (or old) way of Lennys. There were no other customers in the store. My son and I were craving Lennys chicken salad, so he ordered a large and I a small. Marcus took our order, we paid, got our cups and went to get our drinks. Marcus informed us he only had enough for a small sandwich. I asked if there was any chicken salad in the back, to which he asked the cook in the back if she knew how to make chicken salad. She stated the chicken was not defrosted. So my son ordered a large philly with cheese and pepper relish. I got my chicken salad sandwich, and truth be told, it was only enough for a 2.5 inch sandwich. It was just ok, not the usual. My son's philly on the other hand, was absolutely DELICIOUS! Kudos to the cook! It was the reason this experience was 3 stars!

This place just needs to be shut down until they hire someone that knows how to make a sandwich. I just went in there for the first time in a couple of years to get a sandwich to go. Both employees were dumbfounded when I tried to add a third beat to my sandwich. Did not know how to make it hot except for in the microwave only warmed the meat and cheese. I asked how they normally heat it up and he said microwave or grill I told him I wanted a warm sandwich I can’t go into the rest of the story, but my sandwich with turkey roast beef and ham combo ended up costing me $21 , I ordered a large only got a medium he refunded me two dollars in cash I could go on and on but I think these two guys were in Outer space one was trying to learn the other was trying to teach and neither one of them could do either one Of those jobs.

Worst food I have ever had at any Lenny’s. Kudos to the owner for defending their staff. Shame on you for allowing your staff to put out a product that has to be below the lowest corporate standard. There is no meat on the sandwiches. And had I not paid for extra meat, I wouldn’t have had anything but bread and lettuce. I’m guessing you must have the lowest food cost in the nation due to collecting money from customers for food that never actually leaves the kitchen.

I wouldn’t even give this Lenny’s 1 star. I walked in wasn’t even greeted. The young man came to the register scrolling on his phone smacking on a piece of gum. As I was placing my order the young man kept making remarks under his breath as if he was bothered. I kept my emotions in order so I didn’t scoop down to his level of ignorance! After I placed my order he went to the kitchen and carried on with his friend. I waited forever ! I got home and opened the 3 Philly cheese steaks I ordered and they were burnt. I never had a nasty sandwich from Lenny’s. I was so shocked I didn’t even want to go back because I knew the situation was not going to be solved. I used to love Lenny’s !

We came inside to eat on 1/11/24. There were no other customers inside. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes. No one waited on us. Someone came out in the lobby, looked at us, and without saying a word, walked back into the back. We saw another employee in the kitchen window. He also made eye contact, but did not acknowledge us or say anything. No we’ll be right with you, or anything. We called out and they ignored us completely. We waited another 5 minutes and my son walked and knocked on the kitchen door and called out and still no one said anything. We finally just gave up and left. If they were busy, at least acknowledge your customers and say you’ll be with them as soon as possible. I will be ignoring them back and they will never get my family’s business again.

Are the employees here blind, deaf, dumb, or some combination of the three? My family and I came here tonight at around 6:30 PM. We walk into an empty store. Perfect, we think, we'll get our order in and our food real quick. Guess again! For reasons unfathomable to me, the employees here gave us next to zero acknowledgment. We waited for minutes on end with no one coming out to the front. Actually, one guy did come out front: he came out, looked me dead in the eye, then rushed back into the kitchen. We never saw this employee again.Another employee (an asian-looking guy in a red shirt) would not even look up at us, even as we called out to him and even yelled to try and get his attention. My brother even banged on the (cracked open) kitchen door. The employees still did not acknowledge or answer us in any way. So, we ultimately gave up and left.Either these two guys were actually robbers helping themselves to some goodies and not real employees or Lenny's only hires people with the situational awareness of an armadillo about to wander into rush hour traffic.
