Really, about the worst fast food place anywhere locally. Staff couldn't figure out what they were doing, waited over 10 minutes for food that ended up being wrong and burnt. Would give 0 stars if I could, would rather drive 5-6 miles to a different store.

Ordered two burgers on an online order, one without onions and one with, simple right? Well i I check my food and both had no onions. Well I just simply parked and went inside and explained and just wanted onions to be added to my order. I had to explain it to this older lady, very kindly and respectfully, like 5 times. It was as if she couldn’t even understand this simple mistake, she was rude that I wanted this simple order to be correct. It took forever to be even helped at the counter even though they had 2 cars in the drive through and no one in the lobby. There was even another lady that came in with her McFlurry that was messed up. I didn’t expect my simple order to cause me to wait so long to fix and THEN have to break it down to the simplest way I could and STILL have trouble understanding what I needed fix. I will drive to the Arby’s down the road, where I got great service, or another McDonald’s next time. The food itself was good, the nice lady in the back at least made the burger better than the first time. Shout out to the kitchen workers but the FOH women need to get it together.

I got there they were busy but the cashier had gone to the bathroom didn't let anybody know I stood for 20 minutes before somebody helped me I ordered the McChicken sandwich worst sandwich I've ever put in my mouth no mayonnaise no nothing on the bread dry as hell wouldn't

Ordered online and only got one item we ordered, since we did Mcdelivery apparently McDonald’s can do nothing to help us get our food we paid for so I’d recommend just going in to get the sub par food. The one in Navarre is much better.

Only had me waiting 10 mins for ice bc there ice machine was out. Dirty floors knats around drink fountain. Workers don’t seem to like there work environment. The floors in bathroom was very dirty. Pored like a minute worth of syrup like soda syrup in my cup then poured liquid. My nuggets had some weird white stuff on it. NEVER GO HERE!!!!?️?️?️
8am on 12/24 my wife and I were the only customers in the place. Never was greeted at any point by the workers not even when they brought food to the table. All the food was cold, hash browns had been sitting so long they had soaked through the baggie and we're stuck to it. Egg on sausage egg and cheese biscuit was cold and on my wife's McMuffin. Soda machine wasn't working properly couldn't get the attention of either worker to fix it..no medium lids were stocked... ?

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru with most of that time at the order speaker. No one respond when I repeatedly asked if anyone was there. Finally got to order and figured with that long wait there would be maybe one car in front. Nope! I couldn't even pull up to the pay window with the line.Finally did what I saw many others do and just left without food.
