A fairly new brewery in Hernando County and out in the sticks. They only had about 4 of their own beers but did have a large variety of beers from other breweries.The inside portion of the brewery was tiny but the outside area under tents was huge.

Both beers we ordered which were different from each other were very off tasting.We could barely drink the one round we got and left. Think the lines need to be cleaned or replaced. Maybe kegs past their prime. Menu was missing many things that they used to have like brats and the charcuterie platter. Just very basic bar food now and nothing like they used to have which always got my interest to want to go there. First and last visit here for us. Nice setup of the outdoor space, staff friendly and restroom was very clean.

Nice surprise find driving down 41. Nice selection of draft beers, cocktails, wines and ciders. Hubby had a few of the IPAs and I got a pineapple upside down cake shot. The shot was yummy. Also got the banana pudding, homemade. It was really good. They have outdoor and indoor seating, a field for football or soccer and corn hole. Definitely coming back. They do craft events and markets too.

We went on a Friday night, Dec. 1. before 7pm. We were told to sit anywhere and someone would be right there. We sat at a picnic table for a bit. When no one acknowledged us, we moved to a different table close to where other people we sitting with the hope of being acknowledged. There were two servers, both walked by us several times and never said a word like “I’ll be right with you”, nothing.We were really looking forward to trying but now, we will pass.
The chartruterie board was awful complete with rotten strawberries! Nice beer selection.

I went to their karaoke night on Friday and had such a great time! They have a covered outdoor seating area with fans everywhere, which was so refreshing and comfortable. The drinks were delicious, and the Karaoke Dj and servers were all so nice. I can't wait to go back!

This has become one of my favorite spots for just chilling out. My husband and I found ourselves there for over 5 hours the first time we went, just chatting over a few drinks. The burnt ends are really good. The chicken nachos had good taste but I would have preferred the chicken to be shredded over being cubed. It’s relaxing and the staff is awesome. I’m not sure why some people say that they are overpriced. We try lots of different breweries and the prices are on par with all of the others. If you don’t like craft beer prices, don’t go to a brewery/beer garden. There’s no bucket pricing at these places.
Food and beer were great! I got the caramel apple cider and I have never had a cidee like this. It was delicious.We went for the dog market event and really enjoyed the place. We will go back!
