I cannot believe that after so many years in the US, I will get to try again something that close to home as Pollo Graduado is. The food is just everything that is right in life. My wife and I were looking for authentic Venezuelan food and came across this place. My wife recognized the name from when she lived in Venezuela. She wanted to try the food to see if it tastes like she remembered and to her delight it did. The food is delicious and filling.
