Shouldn't have to have a waitress bring seasoning to the table because of an unseasoned steak when you're paying this much money. She agreed when I asked why the food was so bland and blamed the older clientele. Maybe one day they'll cater to people who still have their taste buds, won't be back until that happens.

Always have amazing service, food, and atmosphere when at Djon's. Best Chilean Sea Bass you'll get anywhere. The noise level in the back dining area was a bit loud, and it was hard to talk with the person across the table sometimes but could easily talk to the person sitting next to me.

My dinner was good but was unable to eat my salad. I cannot have gluten and instead of making a salad without gluten, I see someone dug in my salad to pull croutons out as there was crouton residue all over my salad which would’ve been super dangerous for me if I wouldn’t have inspected it before eating. Other than that, my dinner was good.

What a wonderful experience at djons! I called a month or so ago to book a table for 13 for my family and I to celebrate my 50th birthday. I could not have asked for a better night. Our server was absolutely incredible, the good- beyond amazing!! We were given the upstairs room tonight. Thank you so much for the best night!

Ate outside on the front porch. Nice romantic set up with a fire pit. Salads were good. We both had the duck and were disappointed. The duck was crispy but bland and very little sauce. No breast included, just legs. The creamed spinach was terrible! Tasted like milk was just poured over spinach. At the prices that this restaurant charges the food should be better.

Clifford our waiter was excellent. It was our first time there and the food was excellent. My only pain point is to where we were seated. It was basically the hallway and a lot of traffic. No to mention very loud at times because of a large party of adults who obviously don't know what inside voices should be...But overall a win-win and we will definitely be back.

I was quite disappointed about my recent meal at Djohn's. The service was great, and the ambience is charming. It could use a dusting, I noticed a lot of cobwebs in the chandeliers. My main issue was the meal. I ordered the Smoked Salmon ugh... it tasted purely of salt ....it was not on a blini as stated on the menu it was on a hard piece of bread and was drowning in caviar again no other flavor but salt. For the main course I ordered the roasted duck ...it was overdone dry and barely any Demi glaze sauce on the plate to help give some moisture to the duck. For what I spent for my meal it was completely ridiculous and an utter disappointment
The food and service were spot on Great! Thomas was wonderful and all his recommendations were spot on! The porterhouse was perfect, I should have gotten the Black Truffle sauce! Next time! Loved it all!

We had a fantastic dinner at Dijon. The food delicious, service excellent, the live piano set a nostalgic but light mood and made for an ambience of class. Great date night, we will return our next visit to Melbourne.

Steaks were very good, but the rest of the meal was just average. Service was excellent and our waiter did everything she could to accommodate us. Just not what I expected for the price we paid. Pricing was similar to Morton's or Ruth's Chris, but not even close in quality.

Our meal checked two boxes on my list. First possibly being the most expensive meal I have ever purchase and second being the worst meal I have ever purchased. The lobster and scallops were swimming in so much unappealing sauce that they were difficult to dredge out. What a sad waste of good seafood.
