Fairly new ice cream place located on Wickham road. The shakes were amazing, especially the strawberry shortcake Extreme Shake which came with a piece of pound cake drizzled in strawberry sauce, a pastry filled with cream. Not to mention the shake was full of flavors with chunks of strawberries and pound cake mixed into the shake which gave it that thickness and yet smooth taste throughout. The plain vanilla milkshake did the same thing, felt thick but went down smooth with lots of vanilla flavor. They had a lot of flavor varieties, definitely was in a mood based on the Carmel and elephant ear ice cream that I tried. However the one that caught my eye was called "Garbage Can" which is described as vanilla ice cream mixed with chunks from 7 brand name candy bars. Bringing all of those flavors together would be heaven for me. The customer service was incredible and they just want to help out and allow you to add whatever topping you want!

3-2-1 blast off this ice cream spot is a gem! Came here with a buddy of mine and the place is absolutely incredible and the owner delivers exceptional customer service they have a great variety of ice creams and shakes! Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance they deserve it by far the best ice cream I've had in Melbourne.

3-2-1, 1-2-3, here we go…Great local ice cream shop. They have been open for a year. Great owners and they care about their customers. Ice cream and shakes were really good. Plenty of toppings to choose from. Prices reasonable. I would check this out, maybe after Genna's pizza, since they are in the same parking lot.

This QUEEN made the BEST "hurricane" ever. She put her whole queen heart and soul into this. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. One recommendation is music. The service was top notch and my service person Tonia was so kind, caring, compassionate and tended to my disabilities. Tonias coworker Ava was also very nice and welcoming. Both were bubbly and very excited that we had decided to choose 321 ice cream bar. With the unlimited toppings you are sure to enjoy yourself!! Will 10,000% be coming back.
