Ella took such great care of me, her customer service is top tier, she has such a great personality and she has the same name as my niece, that was the cherry on top! :) I really love the vibe at 7 brew and have never had a bad experience, I will be back for sure!!

This stand is phenomenal! The crew is personable, full of personality, and always happy! Krystal is an amazing brewista/shift lead! I could talk about highly of each crew member I see on a regular basis! This crew works hard every day they're there and their customers always come first. They are always on point with recommendations and service. Krystal and the crew and this stand is why I show up almost everyday. So much better than any other coffee shop or drive thru. 10/10 recommend all day, every day!

I loved coming to this location. I was on my way to church with my husband and Michael helped us pick the perfect drink. The drink was delicious and the customer service was really good! Fastest drive-thru experience i’ve ever had.

The Manager Crystal was absolutely unprofessional. Not welcoming at all . I have been in the service industry for 10 years and I understand that not everyday is a good day but the customer service was horrific from her. We wanted to look at the menu to change up what we normally get and we normally don’t do that so we just needed a little extra time. The first girl approached us told us to take our time and then not even a minute later Crystal walks up with a huge attitude and tells us we have to move up and then if we needed more time we could look at the iPad , mind you we had only been looking at the menu for like 2 mins. We pull up and order our drinks like a min later. So we are waiting for them at this point and she purposely walks up to the other girl employee who was taking care of us and asked if we were finally done yet .. mind you we can hear her and we are pissed at this point . We have never received customer service like this EVER and it’s really disappointing. If you can’t handle being a manager .. then you should have someone else who can handle it better.

I pulled over to park so I could safely make an important phone call. In less than 5 minutes my phone call was rudely interrupted as I was approached outside my vehicle by a staff member. I was told I could not park there as it is not public property. The staff just assumed I wasn’t going to come inside or order. I was not blocking any business or disrupting anyone. The parking lot is still not full. They just made sure I never become a customer.
