Spent $16 and wanted to get a cup of water for my son, before the employee was about to get it, the manager stop him and told us we can only get a bottle water. That was very rude.

Not cool at all. Came in today (time stamped purchase 11:21 am) for two cups of pretzel bites and when I got to my car me and my wife found them to be undercooked, doughy. Not at all what we expect from you. You have universal cooking guidelines, please follow them. Remember, you can be good 1000 times but you only get one chance to ruin someone’s pretzel experience.

Worst experience for every visit to this location. Wish the workers receive more training in customer skills or just plain basic common sense. If they are out of small size nuggets, they will literally force you to buy big cups and won’t let you get a small size or in some cases make you wait 20 minutes

Seems the place is ran by people that understand basic business mindset. If your pepperoni pretzels are best sellers than why not have more of that item available...? They want you to pay them while they tall you it takes 15 minutes to make. Nope!

Absolutely horrible they were nice until I purchased a small cup of seven dollar pretzels. Then when I asked for Two fives instead of a ten they told me no. I’ve asked for the manager she gave me a snotty look and said no we don’t give change here. Unreal not a good way to run business I will never purchased anything from any of these locations again.
