It was my first time, so I was kinda awkward, but the service and food were delicious. The atmosphere felt like fun and family friendly.Vegetarian options: They have vegan ice cream!! And SorbetDietary restrictions: You could ask them for certain types of stuff you'd want to take out and they'd do itParking: There's a lot of parking, I almost got lostKid-friendliness: It just gives off a friendly atmosphere so kids won't be upsetted or see things they're not supposed to.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps, and if you get to the door, a worker will immediately open it for you.
Clean. Quick & friendly service. Plenty of flavors & options. No complaints, my sons love the ice cream. (&) I appreciate how they speak up & stand for different causes. We will continue to patron & enjoy the variety of desserts.

This store is more interested in being political then selling ice cream. And you could tell because half the ice cream was melted and not at proper temperature. Possible health code violations? Maybe? But more concerning the amount of time and effort this store has spent trying to expose kids to inappropriate subjects. Sad, disappointing. Not coming back. There is better ice cream elsewhere.

Love Ben & Jerry's, a well runned operation, very clean and efficient service. A pleasure to visit there and the ice cream is the best. I'm so thankful to have them in my community especially w/them being so supportive of community events and how welcoming they are to everyone.

This location is very well maintained. It’s cool, clean, and spacious inside. The attendant offered samples and was very nice. The non dairy, or dairy free, ice cream options were delicious. The bathroom doesn’t have a changing table, but it was very clean.

Overpriced corporate ice cream shop. Stopped in after dinner at Hemingway's and was underwhelmed. Far better locally owned ice cream stands exist in the area.

You pay for the Ben and Jerry name. However, it’s really good. The tables were dirty, which wasn’t a good appearance. One worker was drawing a cow and Happy Birthday instead of cleaning…Overall the ice cream was good.$25 for four smalls..

Pretty disappointing to make trip for a cake only to find an empty case. Try to order one but they need 72 hours to make one cake.I get that this is an ice cream store but if your going to list cakes maybe have one?Dairy Queen and Publix needed 24 so $35 sale lost and customer disappointed

Very dirty the bathroom was very very dirty had to hold my kid while she went so she wouldn't touch anything! The ice cream was no big deal ether and $30+ later I should of just bought some from the store . The workers were less then thrilled to be there and it shows and on a Fri night there's only two people working . Don't waist your time or money here !
