I always got their burrito bowl with shrimp, chips, and fried oreos. they first forgot my Oreos on one order. another time they forgot some ingredients in my mom’s bowl (which was a pretty salty). they even once forgot my guac. on the other hand, I believe eating here or take out is better than delivery

Love this place, so much.Went to it Almost every single day for quite a while. Only problem is ever since their main guy rob left the food has went down hill badly...it's very unfortunate when I ordered my usual and all the food was so bland and poorly put together would have been better at tbell. Hope they get their flavors back. Still love them just seems like they lost their touch.

Look at these steak tacos? We thought we were being punked. Rediculous they were $16. A few pieces of steak and nothing else. Amazing preparation. (That’s sarcasm) But the burritos were good. That’s the only reason they get three stars

I really like this place they have really good food but if you have delivery which is always wrong- granted they have made it up- but I pay a lot for delivery - even if it's a third party -the food should be right- I'm sad because I like their food but tried of delivery being working,- sorry no excuse- money back or remake whicht have to pick up is not acceptable. Hire better people or mangers- I haven't order from this place in 6 months or more because it's wrong everytime. - You have a great thing just deliver it without someone standing over you.

worst food in my life. spent my last fifty bucks till payday on this garbage and now my kids are throwing up as am I. that was literally the least tasteful taco if you can even call it that I have ever eaten and all their chips and items were stale. I just moved here and hope by the GRACE OF GOD I never have an even catered by them. welp I guess I'm out fifty bucks and my kids have food poisoning . awesome place to order from if you like crappy service, overpriced garbage food and maybe a little food poisoning on the side.

Chiwawa and Burritodillas are the way to go! They are not shy on the toppings at all. At least six ounces of shredded cheese is dumped first on the tortilla as the first step. Then they customize your bowl with all the toppings you want and add them to the cooking tortilla on the flat top grill. It comes out with a nice crisp outer shell and delicious abundance of toppings. The garlic Parmesan sauce adds a nice zing of flavor to top it off. The Chiwawa is a golden fried ball of fluffy white rice that is broken and then all the toppings you want added on top. This place is a new favorite.

SCAM ALERT, just like Wilder Smith review. Watch out for them adding a tip to your bill without your knowledge. I was charged $19.44 for the food I ordered, and then realized it was supposed to be $17.44 total. The employee would not tell me the price of a bottle drink, but just said it was more than a fountain drink with the combo. I paid and then I saw him redo the purchase on the computer where I saw on the screen the price of the bottle drink and what looked like a total of $17 or so. I added the price of the food, bottle drink, and tax after I left and realized the total was $2 less. I know $2 isn’t much, but taking tips from people without consent is stealing. I called the store afterwards, but the store manager was not there and I spoke with the employee who ripped me off. (Shia I believe) He said he was trained a wrong way to ring things up and he would put the $2 back on my card within 48 hours. That was Saturday and now it’s Wednesday with no refund. It also seemed like the other employees didn’t want to speak up, so there probably in on it too. CHECK YOUR PRICE! Won’t be going back!

Good inexpensive to-go food that is as healthy as you make it lots of ways to be good and lots of ways to be "bad" when you roll your own dish. Quality fresh ingredients. But if you are trying to avoid carbs, avoid Bubbakoo's.
One star is way to much for the absolute foul and disgusting meal I had here , I've eattin here before over a yr ago and swore I'll never eat here again from the absolute trash meal I had , but a yr later thought I'd give it another try and failure once again, the chips were stale asked for fresh chips and they gave me the same ones, the queso was cold, and both burrito bowls I ordered were cold and tasted like old meat rice was definitely hard as a rock not to mention the portion was terrible , for 50 dollars for the chips and queso and 2 burrito bowls your way better off going to a restaurant , highly priced and crap food,

George greeted me when I came in with a genuine smile and then made the ordering experience feel like a game that I was winning. I usually order through my app but I may have to start coming inside more. Then they topped it off with these extra clean bathrooms and good music. Okay, Bubbakoo’s, I see you today! Thanks. Oh and they worked well as a team…looked like they wanted to be at work and that’s refreshing. I generally don’t do reviews but this was worthy. Val and Nate even thanked me for coming in on the way out—off script. Hmm.

I went in for the first time and I won't be back because I just wanted a regular quesadilla and they just want to upsell me to add bacon and I didn't even hear the person asking me if I wanted my quesadilla to have bacon on it. I just thought I ordered a regular quesadilla because that's all I order online I do NOT ADD BACON, also he kept throwing out suggestions like can I have time to process what I wanna eat first like hello??? Also, the lights in there are too bright and i was overwhelmed. I'll never be back in person, I'd rather stick to ordering online if I do decide to order again because I'm not trying to get upsold, this was just a horrible in person experience for me. My person doesn't eat bacon so I couldn't even enjoy this with him.
