our first visit since opening with new name/owner/menu. Nice and bright and clean - very nice decks for outside seating with outside music on Fri evening of our visit. Food is good but we found the menu quite limited. Just not many choices as compared to many similar places in the area. I doubt it will be a 'regular' as it is today.

Seated immediately, waited on shortly after Rabat. Meals came in a timely manner. Meals were very good. Mrs meal coulda been served warmer but did taste good. Prices fair, service very good, and we were happy when we left.

Wonderful scenery! We sat outside and weren’t thrilled with high top tables as we are Senior Citizens but we survived. My sister enjoyed her fish sandwich! I got the Buffalo chicken panini. The chicken was very flat and over cooked but great flavored sauce. The bread was burned on one side. My brother in law got the blue cheese burger and really enjoyed it.

We went in today and were met by rude check in staff, we then asked for a drink menu and were looked at and treated like we were stupid. We had our IDs checked and the waitress was very rude. Later the manager came to our table to take another look at our IDs and he took them to the bar for a while after us watching multiple people check them. The manager then came back and told us he would not serve us. I understand that they have the right to refuse service but treating us rudely and like children is not okay! Just because we are from another state does not mean we need to be questioned and treated rudely as if our IDs are fake. Safe to say we will not be returning our recommending this restaurant to any of our family or friends here. If you have a liquor license you should have the ability to decipher what IDs are real and fake even if they are from a different state, and if you need to refuse service, do it politely.

Even though it was later in the evening so we couldn't really see the water it was still a great night to sit outside, bug free and just the right temperature. We ordered the patacones for a shared appetizer for the 2 of us and it was delicious and the 3 pieces was just enough. For the main we got fish tacos and the carnitas tacos both delicious. Finally for dessert it was the guava cheesecake that was made really nice. We didn't feel rushed and the waitress came by multiple times to check on us. We will definitely be going back.

So, that isn't horrible but we wouldn't be repeat customers with so many less expensive places to eat. That being said, the place is absolutely stunning with the view of the river almost everywhere you look. On first impression, walking in we were very pleased with the bar area and table arrangements. Very comfortable. If it had of been a warmer day, outside was calling our names. Nice job. Our group had the Steak Truffle Fries (needed more of the sauce so make sure to get a side cup of that for dipping), The Marker 99 Burger (was delicious and cooked perfectly), and The Marker 99 Flatbread (nice and crispy, very tasty).

The view was incredible quite the upgrade from captain katanas.The drinks were decent were okay nothing crazy but the bartender was on point.
