I can’t recommend Chart House enough!! My husband and I picked this restaurant to celebrate our very first wedding anniversary. We made a reservation online (super easy to do by the way and I highly recommend doing so). We put in the notes we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and requested a nice table that has a good view.We were blown away. First, we got a hand written card from the restaurant. Next, we got our own personalized menu that said, “Happy 1st Wedding Anniversary Mr/Mrs with our last name” (photo attached but blurred last name for security reasons). The waiter, Donny (Donnie?), was AMAZING!! He was so informed over the menu. Phenomenal service. We both went with the 14oz New York strip (I added the truffle mushroom butter). I also got the moscato sangria. Hands down the best food I’ve had.The manager stopped by to congratulate us and surprised us with a free desert. The chocolate lava cake was out of this world. I’ve never had service or an experience like this before. I have goosebumps still thinking back on our date night!! We will forever recommend this restaurant to everyone we know.

The service was very good, but we were there during happy hour which was very busy so it's understandable that the service was a little slower than usual.
The menu is tiny, literally a handful of seafood options and a couple of salads and apps to round it out. Despite this tiny selection the food wasn’t that great. Save your money for better executed fine dining experiences. These prices are higher than Disney flagship resort dining but quality and delivery lacked by comparison. The details:Before you even get inside you’ll navigate a pothole-ridden drive to the end of the marina where you’ll discover the valet team has closed the entire lot (even parking in the first public spots near the restaurant) so literally you must pay them to valet or walk a fair distance in the dark.Drinks were eye-wateringly expensive. I had sangria that was painfully sweet and finished with cheap liquor taste. Others had reasonable pours of wine.Apps were good and came out fresh and hot. The bread choices accompanying our dip were… interesting? But there was nothing in the dish much different than quality/quantity at TGIFridays. Seriously.Half of the entrees came out hot… and then we waited several minutes for the rest of the party’s meals. My fish was very good and the portion was appropriate. Everything else on the plate was a failure. The potato puree was gluey, veg was squishy and tasteless.Atmosphere was lacking—the vibe was “fancy restaurant circa 1999…that hasn’t changed” maybe the boomers love it. But I wasn’t impressed. Our server and the bartender were very good at their jobs and deserve a lot of praise, they saved our night and offered good conversation and a pleasant atmosphere.Parking: Parking was valet only and full. We parked at a public lot a couple blocks away and walked

Pretty disappointing paying that much for what we got. The waiter lied straight to my face that the broccolini was burnt because it was garnish. So I only get a lobster tail and steak for that price? What a joke

My wife and I went to have a lunch, I ordered an old fashion drink and was not good at all. My main dish was a Prime Rib and was not good as I expected, but the worst thing was that we gave 20$ of tip but days later I checked with the bank and they charge me 30$ on tip. We call and they obviously refund all tip, this is so disrespectful with customers, imagine they do that with all of the costumers, how much money they steal. FIRST AND LAST.
We went to Chart House 2x during our time in Melbourne. Our first visit was in the dining area and Christian put server was excellent. We ordered from the Early Dining menu and my wife's snapper was very good and my shrimp pasta was just OK, nothing special. The Creme Brule desert was to die for!Our second time we ventured into the lounge for the happy hour menu. Great prices on everything, $8 Mango Mojito, $7 glass of Merlot. We had Coconut Shrimp (7), best I've had, and Fish Tacos (2) wife loved them. And we finished it off with a Lava Cake and our total bill was $45.We will definitely be back for this!!!

This place really takes care of you. From the complimentary valet to the hostess that go above and beyond with a friendly smile. I came with my family of 8. 7 adults and a child. We were celebrating a birthday. The service was attentive and prompt. Their menu even had mocktails options. A bonus and thoughtful. When the food arrived everything was beautifully presented and there were no delays. My dad couldn’t stop complimenting the New York strip and sides. My mom also enjoyed all the food and she is a picky eater. Overall, a great experience for my family. The manager came to check in on us at end. Every detail was just right. Thank you Chart House. I was prompted to leave a positive review. Not that it’s needed because you had a full house. ????

We sat for 20 minutes, and the waiter gave us water. We then ordered drinks, after waiting for 30 minutes, we left without ever getting anything and never seeing the waiter again.
