I was picking up a DoorDash order from here and I was told the grill was heating up it would take a few minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes on an order with one burger and chicken bites. I waited outside as people that came 10 minutes behind me with a burger and chicken got their orders. I watched as a half dozen cars went through the drive thru and got their food.

Watch what you order, and then make sure you get it. I ordered a large chocolate shake (almost $7!! ) then when I got it, it was moving like a regular drink. I asked what it was and she said it was my shake. Uh....no...shakes don't move like a liquid. She THEN CHOSE THAT MOMENT (instead of when I placed the order...duh) to tell me that their shake machine wasn't working correctly and that's as cold as it could get. Lady...I refuse to pay $7 for chocolate milk...I am not a child and I want a shake...so refund!

Decent meal for checkers. Fries were great, as always, but disappointed with the big buford combo. The photos on the menu make the burger look massive. However, when I pulled it out of the bag, it was this smashed little thing, smaller than a quarter pounder. Checkers, if you're going to call something "big," then you need to up your game, especially for those prices.
Charging for mayonnaise you believe that ? I never heard of a restaurant charge for mayonnaise I think this window lady is pocketing it ? Going across the street to Burger King to get FREE Mayonnaise

Been using this location nearly monthly for the last 3 years. It is a perfect 30 min time consumer from where I worked. No I'm not calling the place slow at all, it took 30 mins to drive there get food and drive back to work.Anyways, service has always been great I've had a few mistakes along the way, ie no ketchup on my burger is sometimes missed when I order, small problem and they always fix it right away. Food is always cooked to order and done relatively quick for food made when I order. I leave you with a 5 because I've never had issues here unlike another location but I won't bash them here.

The best Burger I had in a long time, fast effective service the drive through cashier was very fast friendly and professional, we had our orders in a record breaking time with everything we ordered and the meal were fresh the fries crispy and hot. ... way to go checkers. We'll be back soon.

Could this have been a worse experience? Maybe if I was ACTUALLY SERVED any food! Checkers advertise they are open until 03:00. I arrived at 02:45 and was greeted with, "We closed." I asked, "Aren't you open until 03:00?" "Yes. But we ain't got nothin'." Was the reply from Checkers. "So, you aren't open until 03:00." I stated. "Well, we can get you drinks." Came the reply.If this is how Checkers is operating, perhaps this location needs to . . . CLOSE PERMANENTLY!

The food has always been great. I've eaten here several times and never been disappointed honestly. I'd like to highlight the gentleman Kalani, at the drive thru. He told me it would be 6-8 minutes on waiting for tenders because he didn't want to serve me the old tenders sitting out. That was the most unexpected thoughtful gesture of someone. I tend to look at Checkers or Rally locations as dim, but honestly this one ends up being a great hole in the wall location. Had to post this on Yelp too. Highly recommend.
