When I type church’s chicken near me on Vero Beach they did not show up any map in Melbourne or mostly 90 miles out of Florida. Also, I went to church’s chicken website see on location. They didn’t any show on Melbourne. Please fix it as updates. My mom have all the way to Fort Lauderdale get church’s chicken for nothing pick up bring back home to Vero Beach for 3 hours drive.

I have always loved Church's Chicken, all time favorite from Chicago, they recently opened one in Melbourne Florida and I went to the grand opening, did not mind the wait they were very crowded, once Covid hit they closed and it has been about a year now that the only Church's in the entire county of Brevard never opened. Yet their website shows that they are opened until 10PM. Called their number and all I got was a busy signal, Way to go Church's, feeling a loss of a good product.

Great place. I went several times after they opened and was never disappointed. They closed unexpectedly. I went a few months ago through their drive-thru and nobody answered. There were cars there and lights on. We parked our car and went through the door. A paper said to pull but it was locked. No one came out and no one was visible either. Not a good management. I hope Church corporate know about this.

Pulls through drive through today at about 5:45 pm. No one ever came on to take my order. I pulled up to the window and no one was there. They looked closed. Does anyone know what is going on with them?

Pulled up to order through the drive-thru and nobody said anything. Waited a few minutes then pulled around to the window. Didn't see any workers. 2:30 PM and they are clearly open but no service. We left.

Second post...January 12,2020:Came in today, I guess business has slowed down. They went from a staff of 10 to only 2 people here. Service is SUPER slow, the corn machine (that's what the lady called it) was broken. They didn't have napkins or condiments available. Food is great but their staff is only half there. Disappointing....ONE WEEK INYou've had a week open now. You should have things figured out by now, I ordered by drive-thru and when I arrived home, I only received 8 tiny fries with my order. Do better please.

Extremely slow service. Waited almost half a hour for food. And these tenders are tiny maybe 4 inches long. Over cooked and not a great flavor.
I love their chicken! But my biscuit was a bit dry around the edges... And my sweet tea was ok

I ordered two number 2’s my total came to $16 and some change. I get to the window and the night manager tell the guy in the window tell them we have an 8 minute wait on chicken or I can substitute it for spicy or tenders. So my husband said I’ll take the tenders and fries. Waiting on our drinks I ordered a sweet tea and lemonade mix they tell me we out of sweet tea. Waited 25 minutes for a 5 piece chicken tender meal.The mac and cheese tasted like it was made from craft singles, the cole slaw had a strange flavor so I didn’t eat it, but the chicken was as decent, light and fluffy and delicious. Not worth the wait though. Won’t be going back.

It was around 4: 30pm and pulled into drive-thru. There was only one vehicle placing an order which took about 10 minutes easily. I pulled up and tried to place order. The girl told me I would have to wait. After a couple of minutes waiting I just left. It was ridiculous to wait that long when there was no one in front of the prior vehicle. Was it just the one person working? It was not a busy time. I was looking forward to trying the new smoked chicken. I will try again at a different time.

This place...ugh. The service is horrible! And the food is even worse. I've gone 2x now. Once when they first opened and had a not so good experience. But I gave them a 2nd chance. Not worth it people...not worth it. Save your money and any patience you want to hold onto.
