First time eating here and it was the worst service I have ever experienced! The manager “West” is very rude and has no customer service! (If that’s even his name so he says) I was in drive thru waiting 25 mins for my food to come out and to be wrong. I never got my fries that I paid for. I also asked the worker if there was ketchup in the bag he said yes and that wasn’t in there either. I waited another 5 more mins for him to come back out to bring the others waiting behind for their food to let him know they forgot my fries that I paid for and ketchup. In the meantime I had took everything out and started nibbling at my food. He said he would go back inside and get it after showing him what I had and didn’t. I got the cod fish dinner that didn’t look appetizing, it was nothing like the display picture being light golden fried, it was a dark crisp brown from old oil. Another 5 mins later he comes back out to say the manager said he gave us our fries and he would need to see all the food back inside! How ridiculous is that?! Waiting another 5 mins I was so turned off I parked my car to go inside for a refund. At this point I don’t even want the food! The manager was so rude and was immediately implying there is theft going around with the food! Theft over fries?!?! He was more happy to hurry up and give me my refund with no recourse and take my food back then kept telling me to have a good day to get me out. I can’t believe he still has a job there after now seeing the reviews that this stuff happens all the time! They need a new manager!! I will not be back until that happens!

Love the online curbside pickup option. Always nice staff. Always delicious food. 10/10 would recommend the concrete mixer with hot fudge and oreo. Absolute favorite frozen dessert.

Best place to grab a burger and shake. The people who work here are so nice! And the price is right. The restaurant is clean. It does not even seem like fast food, but it is fast!
I love the burgers here but the customer service is seriously lacking and the manger is extremely rude. Over my past 5 orders they have forgotten toppings, sides, and condiments. I’m a celiac and can’t eat gluten and this is one of the rare places who offer gluten free buns at an extra price. It’s already crappy I have to already pay more for a allergy but on top of that they never give me ketchup, or mayonnaise even when I ask multiple times to please put it in the bag. since my gluten free bun comes in a plastic wrapping they don’t put the condiments on the burger even tho I’ve asked them too they said they can put it in the bag and then never do! I’ve gotten a couple deluxe burgers missing onions, missing lettuce, missing ordered and paid for bacon on the burger. I’ve gone back through the drive thru because let’s be honest no one wants to eat a dry burger. Tonight I went through the drive thru after driving 20 minutes to get it and asked the girl three times for ketchup and even asked her if she put some in my bag and paid extra for two ranches and then I get home to no ketchup no mayonnaise and a burger with no lettuce or onion. I called the manager and was very respectful and said hi I was just there 25 minutes ago and ordered food, I ordered a deluxe gluten free burger and they gave me no ketchup or the ranch I paid for and my burger was missing lettuce and onion. And if I could come back tomorrow and get a remake cause this is like the 6th time it’s happened. He then told me I could come back right now when they close in 25 minutes and I’m 20 minutes away. He said he didn’t care there was no one above him to talk to and hung up on me. He was very rude, very disrespectful and I’m sick of them forgetting my items. Sucks cause food is good. Management is horrible and it seems like there’s multiple people having this issue. I work across the parking lot from them and eat there on my lunch sucks they’re gonna lose a almost daily customer over remaking a single burger. Do better
