Our wedding cake was so gorgeous and delicious. We were referred to Da Bake Shop by another baker I had found on Yelp. I spoke with Annetta and we hired her to be our wedding cake baker. The week of the wedding I called and asked if she can bake a Grooms cake that I designed from different ideas. She took the task of now baking a three layer cake that was big and a Groom cake. May 22, 2021 Annetta delivered the most gorgeous cake. My husband was surprised with the Grooms cake. The cake was a delicious chocolate and vanilla layers with strawberry filling. The cake was not super sweet and it was moist. Thank you so much for taking the task in such short notice.

I contacted DA Bake Shop with a last minute custom cake order for my son’s birthday. He is incredibly detail oriented and wanted the perfect cake for his special day. DA Bake Shop was accommodating, made sure all his requests were fulfilled, and gave him exactly what he wanted. Not only did it look amazing but the taste was unlike any cake we’ve ever had. It was devoured by party guests in no time and I even saw an adult with a spoon scraping the bottom cake board to get the last bit of icing and crumbs.

I will never go to publix again. I bought a chocolate cake for my grandfather’s 79th birthday and boy did he love it. it was a rich, perfectly moist cake that made the day very special. she also wished my grandpa a happy birthday and you can’t get that kind of service at a big name store. so happy with the service and the cake. what a talented baker. thank you.

I usually come here on my way up from work to charge my Tesla. I pick up cupcakes for my daughters and wife, which they love. I personally appreciate the creativity and willingness to happy customer happy that the owner exhibits. The cupcakes are big and there is a nice selection of flavors. Owner is great, went in twice a month apart and she remembered me, not a big deal, but makes patrons feel special. Cupcakes have a filling which is subtle and sweet. Highly recommend.

The Good: Appearance wise the cupcakes especially the unicorn are stunning. I was pleased that their Carrot Cake cupcake had no tree nuts. The cashier was friends and helpful. The not so good: Key Lime pie cup cake was a dud. It was stuffed with what appeared to be lime pudding. This was nothing like real key lime pie. It was more like putting Jello pudding inside a Duncan Hines Yellow cake. Carrot cake was good but the frosting was so sweet it was hard to taste cream cream cheese frosting. Oreo Cupcake was good. Cupcakes look better than they taste. Avoid Key Lime.

I have used them twice for my daughter's past two birthdays. I live out of town so I needed them to be delivered. Not only does my daughter rave about their taste, I rave about their outstanding customer service. This year I had a hard time coordinating my daughter's schedule in order to keep it a surprise. Sara went above and beyond in helping me. She put up with at least three phone calls from me, never making me feel like I was bothering her. She made at least two delivery attempts because my daughter wasn't home as planned. The business is about 25 minutes from my daughter's home! Looking forward to using them again next year!!
