Been waiting almost 10 minutes for my single refresher and there are I kid you not, zero customers in the parking lot and 1 car behind me. Nobody is here. I’m not sure what’s going on but to wait like 10 minutes for a drink when no one is in line is insane

This location is WONDERFUL,and the VERY PROFESSIONAL YET VERY EFFICIENT, KIND AN GENUINELY CARING EMPLOYEE'S ,ARE WHAT ALL DUNKIN' DONUTS STORES NEED TO STRIVE TO BE LIKE !! A FELLA BY THE NAME KEVIN THAT WORKS THERE NEEDS TO BE RUNNING A REGIONAL AREA MANAGEMENT POSITION!! ( Dunkin big wigs wake up,, this guy has a attitude of high altitude that will help bring the Dunkin' brand to new heights)...All the staff an service is of pure excellence and I recommend this place to everyone who wants what they want when they want it, the WAY they want it!!! I went to this dunkin as a walk in and i was standing there for about 20 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. There were 3 employees working at the time and every one of them were focusing on the drive thru i watched atleast 4-5 cars pass through the drive thru and i wasn’t helped once. I didn’t even get a “give us a moment please” they just completely ignored the fact i was standing there. On top of that walking in my shoes were sticking to the floor like the floor was coated with syrup or something.

I usually get through the drive-thru so I can't answer about atmosphere but but this one particular dunkin' donut is always right on the ball. Has your drink ready and if you have questions or you want an add-on or something they never have a problem with that.

Don't bother going unless school (FIT) is in session. Went twice on my trip to FL. Pretty much staffed by less than 2 people when the school is closed (weekends and holidays) The manager (1 of 2 employees there) was focused on fixing a Card swiper, so only one person was working that and the drive thru and the drive thru seemed to be the priority as they are getting timed for that on a tote board. Felt like my close to $40 order was an afterthought and no urgency was given to it like the urgency of drive thru customers.

The worst Dunkin food and coffee I have ever had. Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, when it did come out it was just a bagel in a bag. Waited another 10 minutes to get the correct food. Just went to pick up coffees shortly after 3pm this afternoon. One of the coffees was to be decaf and when we got it the coffee was cold. When we mentioned it to the employee they said it was cold because they had a full pot that had not been used yet. Upon asking if they could make a new pot so we could have a hot cup of coffee they said no because the other pot had not been used. We ended up having to pay for a cold "hot" coffee and go home to heat it up. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Employees should not be okay serving coffee they know has been sitting out for hours especially when the customer mentions it's stone cold.

We had two different orders. Took 10 minutes to even order, had to have someone else take our order. Got to the window had to ask for them to repeat the order. Come to find out it’s wrong. What a shocker. We fixed it up then it took 25 mins to get our food. We get the food check the bag and we’re missing food.. yup they did it again. We ask for the missing item and when we receive it it’s cold. By the way it’s a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Who’s eating a cold egg?? To sum it all up if you’re not trying to wait in the drive thru for 45 mins do not go to this location.
