Some of the greatest people in town, the front of the house is awesome. The back of the house is awesome. They’re well grease machine and they all work well together. It’s always an awesome time going in there. Everybody’s in a great mood and the service is top-notch.

I love my Dunkin everywhere I go, but there is an atmosphere in the Dunkin in Florida, unlike the Dunkin in Massachusetts, where I live, or other locations. I'm surprised to see a tourist destination where Dunkie establishments hire rude employees. They are doing the jobs because they feel it is the worst option. They don't smile, are not pleasant, are unwelcome, and don't get it; it's a job like any other job. Do your best. The cashier was "mad" to the point of taking the order for a hit coffee wrong, and then it took two customers later for me to get the coffee ? It kind of makes you think. I will make changes. I visit the area often; otherwise, I must find a different location.

I visited DD Monday, March 18th about 930 - 10am. The team that was there are friendly and work quite well together. We went inside, the person who took our order was pleasant, service with a smile. The person who was actually working at the to go window saw us sitting in the dining area politely asked for our receipt to go check kn our order and brought it to us. We said to ourselves, how thoughtful. Another person from the team brought us our water.. It was a very nice breakfast and the team had us laughing... So much so that we just purchased a dozen doughnuts for the person serving our vehicle to put a smile on their face...

Staff can be a little, airheaded at times had to bing my coffee back three times to have mocha added to my coffee the first one being hot instead of iced, but quality drinks and food.

Rude drive thru employees.Girl at the drive thru gave attitude when asked simple questions about specifics of what came on a signature latte.Did not give any silverware for our loaded hash browns.Ordered a HOT signature latte with whip cream/caramel drizzle/ cinnamon sugar and they left off the drizzle and sugar and handed out an iced latte.Ordered a large frozen chocolate and they gave me a medium iced mocha swirl and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t make a frozen, so she just gave me the iced version.I will use the extra gas to drive to the one on A1A next time.
