Don't Go Here Without time to Kill. I go in and order 6 sliced bagels with a side of cream cheese. The person behind the counter must be new because she did not seem to be familiar with the bagels. I have been here before and there is always a new person at the register and they never seem to know what they are doing. Rather than fill my order, she takes the order of the man behind me who says, "This is a big order. I hope that is okay." I am thinking someone else is going to take care of my bagels. Boy, was I wrong. The person at the register starts to fill the "big order." So I go to a second person and ask about my bagels. So, she lied. She apologizes and tells me it will be right out but no one is pulling bagels. Now I am in the store for 10 minutes and they are still working on the "big order." Finally, I. go back to the second person and ask for my money back. She "strolls" to the back like she doesn't have a care in the world. After another few minutes, the manager comes out, all apologetic, making excuses that she too is a "new manager" here. Then she proceeds to try and engage me in a long conversation. I finally had to insist on her giving me my money. After 15 minutes, I left with no bagels. THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO AND WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

After having a bad reaction to my $15 worth of food which I ended up throwing up while driving away from the store. I returned to the store after I finished gagging to let them know what happened because I only ate a bite of one of the three pancake breakfast wraps I ordered before throwing it back up. While speaking with the store manager and explaining to her what happened I was met with an oh well attitude and I can do nothing for you just because the food didn’t taste good to you. She was not customer friendly and made me feel like it was my fault for throwing up $15 worth of her food , even though I only had a bite of one of the three sandwiches I ordered. I was respectful but was treated disrespectfuly even though I was the one paying my money and loosing my money even though I did not get to eat. As a manager this situation should have been handled better with me going away feeling positive and feeling positive about returning. But, in the end I was pushed away, dealt with like I was trying to get over and treated as though I needed to take the L and get out. Thank you Dunkin Donuts Store manager Tammy Marshall of location 2880 w New Haven ave Melbourne, Fl for educating on how I can still be victimized when trying to be nice and do the right thing. Next time a situation like this comes up, treat the person how you would like to be treated, don’t be rude and please don’t assume that the person is trying to get over on you. Thank you for reminding me that I need to continue to work hard in being a caring person to balance out those who could care less. Thank You!

My community has a 1st Saturday of the month Coffee and Donuts social at our clubhouse for our residents and Dunkin is where we get our Donuts. Just wish there were coupons or discounts for seniors and/or Veterans to help with the cost of putting on this event.

Place is dirty inside. Everyone's in such a hurry they don't really listen to your order which is probably why it's wrong when you get it. But don't complain and ask for a redo, it'll be even worse!
