A year or so ago I would never think to go to this Dunkin but within the last 6 to 8 months something must have majorly changed. More than likely this skinny lady that works the drive-through who must be the manager because she takes all the orders and she's got the rest of the workers working like a well oiled machine, she has a good personality she communicates well and the food is hot when you get it weather drive through or in the dining area that lady deserves a raise since she's been employed because this whole Dunkin has changed for the better certainly the best one anywhere around, as they say action speaks louder than words and this lady doesn't speak that much other than getting your order and making sure that everyone else's on their game to do their job, kudos to her and her team you guys rock !

All the hot food tastes like it was put in a toaster oven that was just cleaned with oven cleaner. I've tried several different types of sandwiches and wraps, but each time there is a distinctive chemical taste to the food. Stick to coffee and donuts!

The lady that helped us was a rock star!! Very friendly and made the best iced coffee ever. That store needs some serious renovations!! It's in a pretty bad state.

The men's bathroom is made for one person (no stall for toilet) to use at a time but there is no lock on the door?! Besides that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days with handsoap spilling out of the dispenser and the toilet paper trashed.
Worst frozen coffee I've ever received from Dunkin. Also since when do they have a surcharge for whipped cream on a frozen coffee? Staff sounded really annoyed on intercom and switched team members half way through. I will stick to the Dunkin near my house.

My daughter asked for Dunkin for her birthday dinner and wanted her grandparents to join so we checked times and picked this one because it was close and open till 8. We got there a little after 6 and while my husband was ordering one employee came and grumbled that they were closing “soon”. We ended up not being able to get our full order because they already put all the bread in the freezer and turned off the oven. Two hours before close that should not be the case. The girl at the register tried to offer other things but there was nothing of substance available.

Great service with a smile.The hash browns were the perfect slightly crispy with soft seasoned middles.The premade stuffed croissant was chewy from the microwave.Probably should have added a star for the hash browns but the stuffed croissant was the main food item.

Worst customer service ever. Employees are unable to balance tasks and basic amenities such as "please and thank you". If you don't mind spending your money with a company that employs rude people with the business sense of a rock, this is the place for you.
