Dunkin inside Melbourne Airport, has a slightly limited supply of items compared to the larger stores but this is to be expected. The food is good and the service was OK but nothing to write home about.We had a Dunkin before a flight and as normal glad we did as the food on board was awful.

Apparently if you order a black coffee with cream and sugar, it’s no longer a black coffee and the workers have no issue belittling you and treating you poorly for it.
I don’t usually leave reviews but the gentleman working this morning was so amazing and I hope he gets some recognition. Usually airport employees are rude and unwelcoming but this man was so sweet, funny & welcoming. Please give him a raise!! Not sure of his name but he was a younger African American.

Your prices are a clear indicator of price gouging. other airports I have been at do not charge these prices. And your owner/ mgmt removed original blend coffee off of the mobile app for your location to force your customers to preorder the more expensive drinks instead of the regular coffee. You also did away with small sizes. That is a form of coercion. I tried to complain on the Metz management site and their feedback option kicks back my email and says I can't send them anything because it has been removed or closed. I wish there was another way to process a complaint. Since this location is a franchise I cannot go to Dunkin corporate.

They opened the store late while making their self a coffee. Line was long. When they finally opened, they had horrible customer service.. very sassy. On top of all this, they had no inventory.Just irritating. Not very happy.

Worst Dunkin' ever, food and other products have no expirations dates, employees are rude and even though it can be busy, they can be sitting around doing nothing on their phones. Seen hashbrowns dropped and served. Flies in the donuts. Also noticed employees straight up eating donuts off the shelf.
