Disappointment!! . . after getting two bad orders one being burnt bread and cool food, and after asking for a ham and cheese croissant we got a burnt croissant with cold ham and No cheese ??‍♀️ I still went back. Got a soggy bagel and this time I called the next day asked if they could replace it I would place another order. She says ok soo I place another Exact order as the one the day before BUT the only difference was ONE DOLLAR!! Sooooo I feel totally conned because I'm more than sure that sandwich wasn't a dollar and they did not provide me with any receipt after paying with my card!

I would say the food is pretty good for a cafe in a medical clinic. I would also have to say that the Spanish speaking personal taking your orders need to realize they are not in Miami and they need to take their bad attitude back with them. TERRIBLY RUDE service.

Big Boy Dining Out

Emilio's Panini Grill- Health First Complex Melbourne, FL- 2 Stars Yikes, according to my random restaurant generator, I was about to go OTB (Over The Bridge), one thing we islanders don't like all that much, is doing just that. I have known childhood friends literally break out in hives just at the thought. Well, if the trip is worth it, it's worth it, if not, it will be a foray onto the mainland for naught but the return view. I was headed to the Health First Complex off of Nasa Blvd. in Melbourne, FL. Yes, the one that's been there for years and years. There is this sandwich place tucked inside on the ground floor known as Emilio's Panini. They are a family-owned and operator local "chain" with two locations, the other being in Palm Bay. The one I was heading to is the one open to the public while the other is exclusively for Intersil employees. I found the interior to be quaint and charming while giving off a welcoming, family vibe. My waiter was Juan and there couldn't be a friendly waiter in the area. He insisted on not charging me for a cup of water even though I insisted (I know it's only water, but it is a telltale sign of a customer-oriented establishment). Looking over the menu I didn't know where to begin. They had such a vast array of Paninis it was mind-boggling. While the first mention of a Panini appeared in 1956 they didn't become trendy until they started showing up at hip Milanese bars in the late 70s early 80s. I asked Juan if I could have a BLT Panini and a Tuna Panini. Having been in this location for 11 years I noticed a nice mix of Health First employees and general public patrons...they must be doing something right if those held hostage by the fact it was the only restaurant in the complex were not the only ones dining. Before too long, Juan returned with my order and after snapping the obligatory pictures, we dug into our Milanese delicacies. The BLT Panini came on perfectly grilled white bread that I found to be decent enough and it sure had some fresh crispy lettuce in there, however, the bacon was nothing spectacular (other than the fact that it was bacon). I couldn't help but wonder what this might taste like with some more flavorful fried sowbelly. This is frozen bacon nuked, thus unappealing. The Tuna Panini was likewise served on the requested white bread and this too was grilled fine. I found the Tuna sandwich to be slightly more flavorful than the BLT, but I found a "tinny" aftertaste on the palate. It seemed the machine was not cleaned after every use and the amalgamation of other sandwiches left a residual unpleasantness. The Big Boy says, "if you're a Health First employee you already know, if you are not, this is perfectly acceptable waiting for a family or friend to exit the Health First Complex." #bigboydiningout #iamthebigboy

I had to review this spot because I thinks it’s absolutely the BEST! I’ve had their Cuba coffee “ Cafe con Leche” and it’s so strong but good! I’ve had their avocado toast, egg n cheese on croissant, their Cuban sandwich and all of them have tasted fresh and perfectly savory, I recommend this place to everyone and the best thing is you can door dash which means all neighboring businesses can order from here! And the other great thing about them is they provide service with a smile!Parking: It’s inside of the Health First Medical Center on Gateway… and so with the trip!

A good place to get a quick bite, coffee or smoothie. I liked the Chef salad, very fresh. The latte was very average. I always visit this establishment when I finish my doctor appointments.
