It had been a while since we had eaten at a Firehouse Subs, but wow what a change! Our sandwiches had the tiniest amount of meat in them. We were shocked at how skimpy they were. For almost $30 for two sandwiches and chips we won’t be back.

Walled in to be told itbwould be 15 mins before someone could take our order and the restaurant only had maybe 7 people total including us in it. The food tasted somewhat okay but gave me food poisoning. Won't be returning.

Went into the store last night ordered a hook and ladder, when I got home I had a completely different sandwich, when I called the store the girl was rude told me I could either eat it or bring it back because the club was the same as the hook and ladder, she raised her voice at me. When we went back to the store to exchange it she slammed the sub on the counter and had complete attitude. She continued to go off on us while others watched.

Love their salads, made to order. Delicious and they are really good about making it exactly as you order it.The folks are nice, service was fast and prices are reasonable.
After working hard out in the hot sun, eating a nice hot melty sub in the cool air conditioning with a huge drink was super refreshing and the employees were super welcoming, came around to ask if everything was good with our order. I would definitely go there again.

The food was awesome the customer service was awesome. Everyone treated us with kindness. I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica, Kat, Timmy and Kirstin. They were awesome! We got the mac n cheese it was on point and the sandwich's were even better! To the firemen who founded this place give these people a bonus!
