Our first visit to Five Guys vs. this visit is as different as night vs. day! We visited after church and found our table dirty, restroom disgusting - in fact, not available at first, but the biggest problem was the size and quality of the cheese hamburgers and they were not juicy or tasty at all. At least the fries, which weren't quite as good as we remembered them to be, were a good amount, though half light and half dark. BUT THE WORST THING WAS $29.77, ALMOST $30 for two dinky cheese (I use that word loosely as cheese couldnt be seen on mine) and husband says he got both cheese and mushrooms on his but they were were skimpy and our time at Five Guys a total bust in our eyes. I spent 109.88 on burgers Fries and drinks for my family and I, None of the burgers were made correctly, I had to clean 2 tables and chairs that were filthy, as 6 plus employees were standing around chatting and Joking around including the Manager,The entire floor or the restaurant from end to end was Greesy and bathroom was also filthy, poor Management horrible food, Horrible Service!!Waste of a long drive to eat 5 Guys

It's no wonder so many are going out of business! Waited 20 minutes for a regular order of fries... Almost $7... Very few fries! $10 for a hamburger with nothing with it...8:30 at night and 6 employees standing around... So sad to see a place so poorly

WOWWWW. Never trusting these managers again.We walk in and wonder why the whole team is staring at us and a few are snickering. Then we order and wait on our food. Next customer is about to walk in the store and one of the employees say “better get 6 Pattie’s” because she was a larger woman. They all start laughing including the two managers. July 19th t 11:15 am by the way. Then 2 more customers are about to walk in and the black female manager starts leading the pack for everyone to make fun of this man and how he was dressed. She kept saying “oh my goodness no!” Over and over again. Both managers were laughing at this poor man and the employees joined in.This is disgusting behavior. I will NEVER trust this store and team to serve me and my family ever again. Both of these two black shirt managers need to leave this company immediately

I know what you're thinking: "I haven't been to five guys in ages and want some."Here's my advice - go elsewhere. The food is the same as ever but burger and fries now costs $20. Just go to a sit down restaurant at this point.

Best burger, excellent fries. Had one regular burger, one cheeseburger, one large fry, one regular coke, and a shake. $42, wow.Yeah, it's good eats, but for a few more bucks, we could have gone out for steaks.

I literally spent 50 bucks and asked for a 2nd bag because the bag was so soggy from the oil, and they said no. Wow, to lose a customer over a paper bag. Pretty pathetic.!

I haven’t been to Five Guys in years, I was by myself and wanting a big nasty burger and malt vinegar fries.The gal taking the order doesn’t listen and doesn’t repeat what you ordered. I ordered a large double bacon cheeseburger, all the way, hold the mayo, with grilled onion, A1 and mushrooms. I was expecting a burger that was going to be running down my armsWhat I got was a lean burger, with bacon, cheese, and mushrooms only. Very disappointed and it seems like it was awful small from what I remember about Five Guys.
