This places deserves -5 stars!!! Look past all the clearly fake reviews!!!The restaurant was filthy. Out of the 3 servers working no one was able to buss any of the 5+ tables that were dirty and there was only 4 tables with customers in the place. Food took over an hour to come out and we watched it sit in the window in the kitchen for 20 minutes. Food was cold. Ice creams were melted. Service was non existent. Took over 2 hours for our visit and not even one of us finished a meal. Will never return. Management/owners need to take a good look at their employees and make some drastic changes

Wow just WOW! This place is a complete train wreck. This is the first time we’ve been and really had high hopes but those hopes were quickly stomped out. Services was completely nonexistent. Young lady took 10 minutes just to bring drinks out. Finally got to order meals, fish and chips/captains platter/ and 2 kids meals. Literally took an hour to get our food. And HOUR!!! We watched our food sit in the kitchen window being pushed around for 20 minutes, apparently waiting on the fish cause that was the only thing actually hot on the plates at all. Fries clams and shrimp were cold. Server finally bothers to come check on us after another 20-25 minutes and we ask for the captain’s platter to be taken off the bill since everything was cold, and order the kids ice creams and a banana split. 20 minutes later we get the ice creams and the banana split is already half melted as well as one of the kids ice creams. We eat what is edible and go to pay and finally leave, mind you we have already been here 2 hours, we stand at the register for another 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge us just so we can finally pay and leave. 3 servers walked by, looked at us and kept walking!!!!!We really want to like this place but my gawd this is the absolute worst experience we’ve had in a very very long time. None of the servers could be bothered for anything, prebussing, bussing or cleaning tables . Restaurant was a mess with at least 5 tables sitting completely full of dishes the entire time we were there. Definitely will never go back

Food was just ok. They were out of cherries for sundaes when there is a Walmart in the same parking lot. Bill was over $40 dollars for a chicken sandwich and a burger. I would've been more satisfied with McDonald's. There weresny tables dirty and weren't getting bussed. Not worth the money. We will not go back.

We were in town on vacation and my husband has never been to a Friendlys so we decided to at least get some ice cream. Loved going to Friendlys in high school. We saw three employees while waiting to be seated and they all saw us and not one person sat us. Not busy at all, barely anyone eating inside. Even other diners saw us and nothing. After 5 minutes we left and went across the street. Save your time and don't bother. Go somewhere else.

Hadn't been here in years. I had a Reeses Pieces Sunday. It was pretty good, like I remembered it. My biggest concern was the cleanliness. The whole restaurant just needs a deep cleaning, and it would be a very cute place.

I haven't visited Friendly's in two decades. While on a business trip in Florida, I spotted the restaurant and decided to drop by. Delightfully, the turkey super melt was still on the menu, and everything tasted so good, reminiscent of my childhood. The atmosphere, resembling a 60s diner, is a rare find these days. They even had the small gummy bears that I would get on my ice cream.
