I recently hosted my birthday party at Hell 'n Blazes and it was a fantastic experience! First, it is by far the most reasonable space to rent in the Melbourne area. We had the Vault Room reserved for the event and it was so nicely decorated and offered tons of seating options. We had a dedicated server for the event and he was extremely efficient and very friendly. Everyone had great things to say about the food, atmosphere, and service. Communication leading up to the event was also extremely easy and everyone that we interacted with before and during the event was very friendly. I would highly recommend for an event or even just stopping by the main dining room/bar for a great night out.

Having had lunch just a few minutes prior, my wife and I decided to head back to our hotel on the beach side. We were walking down the street and saw Hell N Blazes, and said what the hell, we might as well stop in for a beer before we head back. The ambiance is amazing! The beer was excellent. In fact, we had a second beer. We chatted quite a bit with the bartenders. Then we saw some sandwiches being served, so we decided that we would come back for lunch or dinner tomorrow.

I’m a pescatarian so I’ m a little particular about my fish and seafood. I had the cranberry walnut salad with blackened shrimp as an addition with an extra cost, the shrimp were done well!I tried their causeway IPA, good beer ?We had Sofia as our server she is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks and dishes! Ask for her when you go there. This brewery has darts, videos games and other games in the back.

If you plan on visiting, look for her.They have a nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of free games in the back, like darts, video golf, and more.The beers taste very good, and Sofia can assist you with your liking.The drawback would be food, unfortunately very high prices for subpar food, of course this is mainly comfort food but you are paying for more.I wanted to try their Jumbo wings. Trust me, there is NOTHING jumbo about them. Their buffalo sauce is very poor, extremely salty, and the wings were overcooked, which was disappointing. They tasted like day old publix wings reheated with a terrible buffalo sauce on them, very disappointed. The mango habanero sauce claims to be house made, which tastes very good. However, you will be charged $1.25 for any side sauces.I switched out the wings for their meat trio Flatbread, which was a definite upgrade. However, way overpriced.I wish I could recommend the food here as it seems to be what is lacking. However their is a lot of competition in the area.Vegetarian options: Not a large selection.

Oh the cider options yum, I had the Strawberry Shortcake which our super friendly waitress Aidian recommend this one. I had the Smokey Tomato Cobb which was yummy and exactly how she described it. Someone at the table asked about her necklace and explained it's meaning. Very cool and I learned something. Keep up the good work and mindset. Thanks for making this trip memorable as we visited downtown Melbourne.

Had a great time here, food was banging and drinks were going down like the titanic. Sofia was the best, constantly making sure our libations were restocked and keeping us upright in our seats. 11/10 recommend
This place has a great vibe. Excellent selection of beer, plus wine and whiskey and bourbon too. The Caesar salad with the blackened chicken was outstanding.

AMAZING place to go to!!! We were on vacation and came twice! Wonderful service from the same server both times (THANK YOU NICK!!!!) and real food! PERFECTLY cooked steak! No cut corners with quality! The drinks were delicious! There's nothing bad I could possibly say! We'll be back every year we're here!
