This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant in Brevard. Service is amazing, food is fresh and hot. I drive all the way from south Brevard just for Hop Bo.My go to orders are usually Orange Chicken(make it spicy), General Tso's(make it spicy) or Schezwan Pork(you guessed it spicy)Hope Bo never disappoints and I highly recommend them.

I gave this place another chance. Used to be decent. Bad idea. I ordered general tso’s chicken and 2 egg rolls. GS was awful most pieces were either old or all fat most were inedible. You could see they are mixing the previously cooked chicken. Egg rolls were hideous. Tasted and smelled liked ammonia. Probably freezer burn.

DISGUSTING!!! Wasted 30 bucks! Rice was soggy, chicken had a weird texture. NOTHING I mean nothing had flavor. Crab Rangoon were even horrible. How can you mess that up. I hate to give bad review but just drive 5 more mins and go to lucky garden. We haven't ate here in a good year because it was bad then but thought to give it a try. Even worse. Just flat out gross.

Ordered 3 simple items, skewered chicken and beef and egg rolls. The chicken and beef looked, and tasted, over a week old. The meat was dried out and ended up in the garbage. The egg rolls were pathetic...why can't you get a good egg roll anymore?

ALERT ⚠️. BE CAUTIOUS !!I wish someone audit this place. Here I go. On Sunday Oct 28 I ordered the house special fry rice and chicken wings. I ate just a bit that Sunday and it was the only meal I had the entire day. The day after I noticed I had severe diarrhea and cramps ?. I took the Chinese left over and I warmed it. The smell that came of that plate was disgusting like rotten. Monday Oct 30 I went through hell, I got chills , muscle spasms, severe diarrhea, nausea, cold sweat and I have never gone to the bathroom too many times in my life. I am taking the time to warn you all this place is dirty. They put me through hell.
