They were six employees working and they managed to mess up two out of two sandwiches. I ordered a mushroom on whole wheat. I got it on white and I never was given the option to add anything else. My son ordered his sandwich and they threw some salami on it (which he didn't order) and they tried to charge him for it. Our bill for two mediocre sandwiches was $30. So disappointing. For what you get, you are much better off going to Publix. There are plenty of sandwich options these days. Why waste your time and money?

I just ordered 50 dollars worth if food and somehow my address got changed to a diffrent part of florida and it's a joke and you have to just deal with it.your site is flawed and you just stole 50 bucks and somebody else hopefully got a good meal

Typical Jersey Mike's the food was pretty good but they did get my order wrong. They actually figured it out and made it again for me quickly so that was good. The restaurant is in a strange location. It's in a building that the rest of which is empty. But there's a lot of stuff around that's like that. It doesn't seem like the best part of town. But overall the staff were nice and they can't beat that

I order from here once a week and today I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the service and my sandwich, I always order the Giant #9 with extra bacon, well the sandwich was so soggy that I had to take off everything and use my own bread. When I called to make a complaint the associate said he couldn't do anything about it, no replacement, no sorry nothing, well I won't be spending my money at this location anymore, not only he was rude, but didn't offer me anything in return for me spending my $21.35
