So i walk in to get my pick up order....this dude (employee) hasnt even made eye contact with me nor hasnt said a word to me.2 people walk in right after me and this dude (the employee) has the audacity of asking them "how can i help you?", right in front of my face.I was like "ohhh okk"...and I stayed there quiet waiting like around 7mins until he decided to say something.I was really close to cancel my order. Not because of the time i was waiting. BUT by the fact that, that dude (the employee) acknowledged me in the store and didnt even addressed one word to me.A warm welcome is the first good interaction i want to have as soon as i walk in the store.Big big fail today.I can forget a couple of things. But not this! Is an awful feeling!

We ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches. 31$+. We were given the wrong order. When we got home we discovered we were given the wrong order and charged for 3 sandwiches. No manager on duty. No refund. Wanted us to bring them back. As a former restaurant manager for 26 years I know that is wrong.

I just came home from getting our heroes I got a # 56 my wife got a # 5 we almost get the same, ( regular size) my hero was perfect my wife's wasn't any way like we usually get there was hardly any meat and cheese it was stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, I usually watch them make it but this time I was at the register paying, when I got home my wife was disappointed, many years going to Jersey Mike 's going way back to when we lived on Long Island when I was working and went to Jersey Mike's for lunch at least once a week and as the boss I treated my crew to lunch from Jersey Mike's once a month and never did I get such a skimpy sandwich, I now live in Palm Bay Florida and go to the one on Palm Bay rd, there was one time when my usual Jersey Mike's was closed for renovations so I went to Melbourne and it was also awesome I guess after many years getting sandwiches one bad experience is pretty good, like I said the sandwiches are great and the staff is always awesome, I just had to let you know about this one bad time

Jersey Mike's is my pick for subs. I like that the meat is freshly sliced, the bacon is cooked on the flat top and they have a good meat selection. Asiago cheese bread is the best.
