The chicken was good but overpriced. I got the two chicken dinner and I paid more than $12 for my meal.

Thought I'd give it a try, since it's been open for awhile. Got there about 6:30 pm Sunday and hardly any vehicles in the parking lot...first sign of what to expect. Had 1 customer inside eating and 1 waiting on a take out order. So, getting to the point, the chicken was moist but warm not hot. The breading was soggy and didn't stick to the chicken because it had to be coated with the "heat" you requested. The breading wasn't crunchy and didn't have much flavor, even with the "hot" flavor coated on. The fries was the best part of the meal, sad to say! I'll be sticking to Zaxby's period. Very disappointed overall!

I was disappointed when I visited this place. The chicken was ok, nothing to call special, I actually prefer Publix deli chicken. The reasonI gave it so few stars was the sauces. They offer a ton of sauces, but you pay extra for each tiny cup of sauce. I would think you should get a free sauce with your order and have it marked additional sauces are a set price extra. I couldn't believe what I paid for 2 chicken strips with honey & shirricha on them. The sides were tiny for the price as well. I have not been back. Wish it was still Pollo Tropical.

So many words I could say about this place & the food. Great flavor! Yummy! Fresh! Hot! I like the little thin fries best but either fry is delish dine in the garlic parm. Chicken is always great! We tried the cod plate in Ella's Fav tonight...wow! Not sure why this cod is a limited time thing...it should be on the menu. Coleslaw was good too! Light & fresh. We've tried the banana pudding also...so yummy! (Gave 1 less star b cuz I had a free tender & they burned that puppy so bad it's not edible. That's a first tho.)

Tried for the first time. I'm a spicy girl so I ordered hot and had it good heat, not too hot. I enjoyed and would definitely go back. We ate in and the girl who brought our food was very pleasant.

Food was extremely salty to the point it was difficult to eat.There was no low calorie soda available.We did not like the flavor of the strange brand sugary sodas.On a positive note the personnel was courteous.

Garlic park fries yummy. Very disappointed in dark chicken quarter. Ordered Southern which is supposed to be no heat. Chicken breading was extremely dark and there was definitely heat - husband unable to eat it. I found it barely passable.

Love their chicken tenders and parmesean garlic fries! Been several times and always recieved good/prompt service. Sodas are a unique brand with good flavors. It's a little more expensive than your standard fast food but I think the amount of food you get is worth it.

The girl in the drive thru was very friendly and personable, giving us excellent service! The food was soooo delicious! We ordered for 6 people and we were all pleased with the flavor and freshness of our food! The Dixie Sammie was so on point! All the flavors and textures melded perfectly together. My sweet tea was just perfect as well. Greens were good and Mac n cheese was a hit! We are in Florida on vacation, trying new places. This is one we will HAVE to eat at again, before we head home!

It was fantastic and very much in line with previous locations we were used to in Central KY. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Really pleased with the experience after seeing negative reviews and some word of mouth but I have no idea why people were so critical. Its hot style southern chicken its not a wing place or chicken bucket type place. I forgot how good boylan sodas were as well.

Chicken was juicy and tasty. The fries were disappointing especially because we ate within 5 minutes of pickup. The hottest sauce that requires you to sign a waiver is hot as advertised. However it tastes terrible. I enjoy heat, but it needs to taste good. It tasted like I pepper sprayed myself. But if you're looking for just heat, this might be for you.

This includes food taking over 45 min to prepare after being told it would take 15 and not receiving any updates, missing or wrong items when doing delivery, and uncooked chicken (see picture) which has happened multiple times. The food is good, but don't expect your meal to come out right.
