It's good food. And the staff is fast. Some Tables need a good cleaning though. And when asked if they had more spring rolls they simply tell you "no we are out" and don't bother cooking any more. Yet if you dine in and 40 minutes goes by, they will make more. Would have been nice to get that when I wanted to order it.Parking: I just feel like they could expand the parking since it's in the same plaza as a Walmart who doesn't use half of that parking.

Ever since they remove the red sauce and the teriyaki sauce for the chicken whenever you go in there what you get is basically a dry tasteless dinner or lunch. I have been going there for 8 years but I won't be going back after this evening dry tasteless old dinner.
Ordered the family meal. Orange chicken honey sesame chicken teriyaki chicken fried rice chow mein & 2 chicken egg rolls.The rice had ZERO flavor, the orange chicken tasted like 3inches of sugar paste was the coating, teriyaki was frozen breast charred for visual effects only. The chow mein tasted like dried-up shredded glue with an absurd amount of cabbage. ?

Terrible Staff, rude and uninterested in helping. We had an order of 4 plates. They started 2 plates then started helping other customers before us, they refused to give any samples even though the primary menu item we wanted was sold out, the allowed other customers to pay before us, and they gave attitude while serving us.Unfortunately, it is Panda Express and a national food chain. Either you want it or you don't, but if you live close to any other Panda Express I would advise visiting that one. The manager of this location is doing a terrible job.

Just got back from PAX (gaming conference out west) that featured Reggie Fils-Aime who prior to being the President of Nintendo of America was an executive at Panda Express. He talked about innovation and shared some stories he had done to evolve the Panda Express concept from something that only worked in high traffic areas to any street corner. Hadn't ate there in years so figured I'd give it a try.Walked in and was immediately concerned I had made a bad choice. Counters were greasy and dirty, food looked to have been sitting there some time, but staff was friendly and lines were short. Ordered some kind of combo with two meats and some vegetables. When I went to pay I requested a water cup as is commonly provided by like every restaurant in America and was pointed to a hand written paper plate that said something like "no free water cups".Not sure why, but it was kind of the last straw (or last missing straw). Place already had a funny smell to it and was dirty. I was regretting my choice to eat there and being squeezed to buy a soda or bottle water, decided to just bounce to Jersey Mike's (which btw was delicious). If you like bad cheap Chinese this might be your place.Never really inquired if they just forgot to order cups, had an issue with people stealing drinks in free water cups, or what - but either way seems poorly ran based on the cleanliness and policies.
