I ordered pizza hut for pickup. I have ordered from pizza from multiple locations all over the US and even different countries. Pizza hut is my favorite pizza out of all the major pizza places. today I was very disappointed, I ordered 3 Lrg pizzas they were among the worst pizza I have ever had. the pizza was worst than Cici's, or Little Caesar. avoid this location. I believed that all locations have the same recipe, but I believe this location does not. The gentleman at the store was polite and service was fast. my pizza was warm, the taste and dough texture was just not the typical pizza hut flavor.

Received our delivery within a decent amount of time, however the pizza looked like it was old and just reheated. It tasted like cardboard. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from them again. we were very disappointed. Ordered a medium sized pepperoni pizza.

"Curbside pickup" doesn't exist at this location. When no one brought my order out, I finally went in and was told that I was supposed to call to tell them I was there. There's no sign telling me to do that and if it's on the website, it's no obvious. The woman on duty was rude, snotty and gave me attitude. I sincerely regret tipping her when I placed my order. I won't be back.

Only one employee was wearing a mask. Not the first time. This time I voiced my concern and left without the pizza I ordered. I went to Dominos right down the street. They practiced CDC guidelines, The pizza was excellent and it was less expensive.

We ordered here because of the 2 for $5.00 each advertised deal. When we went to pick it up the bill was $14.18, not 2 for $5.00 each. We felt a little ripped off but it was national advertising and not the stores fault. When we got got the credit card statement we found they added a tip to the bill, we did carry out and picked it up ourselves. Feels unethical and way too many pizza places around town that do honorable business. We will not go here again, good luck.

Listen the heart shaped pizza I got yesterday for Valentine's Day was very cute and nice; however, I open up the second box and to my dismay the pizza looked like it was thrown around and it was so unappealing. I cannot believe I had to pay a delivery fee plus a tip for this mess. I was on a short lunch break so I didn't have time to take it back and I had to eat this mess. It honestly still tasted okay but definitely not worth the money.

This place deserves ZERO STARS in my opinion. I was on the Pizza Hut website Friday night and saw a coupon stating a large 3 topping pizza and 8 boneless wings for $18.99. So I placed my order and waited for it to be delivered. When the pizza was delivered there was NO wings. So my husband asked what happened and tipped the delivery guy. We called this place and the manager Kevin was grossly rude. We have screen shots with order info and confirmation # and manager states we are trying to get something for nothing?! He refused to even look at the screen shot of my order and kept saying they go with what is on the receipt. Really?! So we called headquarters so they will be aware of this situation. We were ripped off and treated rudely. Some manager called me on Monday, yeah all I have to say about THIS PLACE IS CRAP, but hey thanks for ripping us off from now we will take our money elsewhere. About after a week later, my husband went into this Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager present that night. He told them about the above situation and the manager agreed to make things fair by giving us back our money for the cost of wings. So for that I give them 1 star. I know this is so petty but I really was looking forward to eating those wings!! Still going elsewhere though.

Food - 4 stars I always order a Meat Lover's Thin 'N Crispy. This time, I got the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce. It was good but I think I'll prefer the Classic Marinara. Service - 3 stars It took a little longer than expected to get my order ready. Store - 5 stars It looks brand-new. Value - 4 stars I always order when I find a good deal online. It's location is great and they sell things I don't think think the other Pizza Huts would sell. It's very tempting to walk past this place and not want to get something.

Pizza was pretty good. Service was great. But its a new store and I guess they are going strictly smart phone app and online now for menus, specials, ordering and prices. No menu sign, graphics or displays in-store for anything. No more Wing Street. Only a plane counter. No drive through either. I believe this "store model" may be a precursor to an automated pizza store with just machines connected to smart phones. There was only one employee and she only watched over the machines. My guess is that once self-driving cars exist, pizza delivery will be one of the major uses along with robots and drones. I used to use all kinds of fast food and chain store apps, but then I started getting push ads, spam pop-ups and even text ads 24/7 (I use android). Sometimes 20 per day. I have also had on-line identity theft, So I uninstalled all of them. This type of store has no purpose for me now. I am going completely other way and disconnecting all of the tracking, spamming and app ad congestion from my life. Trying to communicate with people face to face, look at people and smile more often.

Easy online ordering......it was ready when I got there. Love their screen that shows your order it today or how much longer its going to be. Location is nice and clean - just opened and all. There are a few chairs and a TV for waiting customers.
