I've always been a fan of Red Robin no matter where I've lived in my lifetime. Now that I live down here that has become the local Red Robin that I go to. If I ever want a turkey burger this is the go-to spot for me to get one at. The bartenders are always very welcoming and friendly. They really make you feel that they genuinely care about your experience. They are also very attentive when you come in with a food allergy issue. I've only ever once had an issue where I needed something done gluten free and it was not. Otherwise it's been a great experience each time I've been there. I'm a loyalty member and will continue to be one.

After reading some reviews, we were hesitant to dine here. It only took a moment to see that the reviews were a bit off. I had nothing but a super positive visit. The food for our family of six came out quick, the food was hot and cooked to order. The burger I ordered was medium as I ordered it. Then the attention which our server gave was fantastic. She checked in with us countless times making sure we had all of the sides we wanted. This is a good place to eat. Give it another try. We had a great experience.

We visited this branch for a nice and delicious lunch on Saturday. We went for two Burgers (Avocado Bacon and Burning Love Burger with chicken) and bottomless garlic Parmesan fries and salads. This combination was awesome and we liked it very much. The burger had a good taste and it was very delicious. Especially the chicken burger was made out of a whole chicken filet. The Beef Burger was nice as well, but the patty was a little bit compact and not so juicy, but still a solid one.I like to mention, that the waitresses were so funny and nice. They did a great job and were so attentive about the bottomless fries and drinks.We had a great time at the restaurant and can definitely recommend it.

My family loves this place. The service is always great and the staff is super friendly. They have unlimited fries with your meal which we never ask for since they give you so much the first time. The milkshakes are incredibly delicious. We tried this pineapple upside down cake with rum last time and I’m craving it. The burger selection is huge and they are all delicious. Yea would definitely recommend this place.

Grabbed a leisurely dinner with friends and had the best experience with food and waitstaff. The Ensenada Chicken was quite tasty and smoky flavored. Service was quick and attentive. Check out was a breeze with the on-table tool that occupies children and adults alike before it shows you your bill and let's you pay. Seven of eight of us were able to check out easily. Our cash-paying friend also had a quick check out, she worked with our server. Hard to judge who was more efficient, but the service was more gracious than the device! We all appreciated getting our sooner, tho!

This was an early lunch and everything was great! The endless salad was good and my husband had the burger with the egg...he said it was excellent! He also had the margarita and I had a sip; it was great! No complaints here! Thanks for a pleasant lunch! Four thumbs up on a job well done!

Went here on a Saturday night around 8pm and found that we were seated right away. Gabby, our server, came quickly to our table to take our drink order. We were also ready to order our food so we did so. To our surprise, WHILE we were ordering our food, someone brought our drinks to the table! We were perplexed, lol. Gabby got our order right and the food came out quickly. All through our time there, every person that worked there seemed to be constantly bringing us refills on our drinks! Our glasses never ran dry. We also love that this restaurant offers free refills on all of their sides, including broccoli which is pretty expensive at other establishments. I got my usual, the Whiskey River BBQ Burger and as always, it was delish. The only minor complaint we had was the hostess cleaned our table just before she sat us so it was all wet, including the seats. But eh, whatevs. It seemed like everyone working that night was hustling to take care of guests. I'd go back!

So turns out this is the place serving up beast burger. Well, just had the most disgusting food I've ever ordered delivered. Threw it directly in trash. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be ashamed for letting food in that state out of its kitchen, I would not feed it to an animal.

So I have order twice this week, dinner and lunch. The dinner was great, food was as ordered, all sides present, no complaints (I picked this order up). After having a good experience I offered to order lunch for work and can't be more disappointed. The soup was barely filled, the dessert was missing the sides, the extra sauces weren't there and there was NO LID on the milkshake (this order was delivered via Doordash). Seems they don't care about the delivery services, only if you are personally picking up. Doubt I will be using them anytime soon.

I guess quality standards have gone down in the food industry. I usually like this place. However while eating an impossible burger delivered by doordash, I found a piece of wax paper with cheese on it in my burger. This is unacceptable. I am also a rewards customer and I don't know if I want to ever order from here again.

Good burgers and fries. Nice, friendly staff. They advertise unlimited fries but they give you plenty and we were too full to reorder though they offered. Get a side of garlic or chipotle aioli to dip them in.
