The bowl was all melted and gross. The manager said that that it was supposed to be like that. I guess that it’s the standard in this location. It’s the first time I got a bowl not even close to a smoothie consistency it was watery, all melted. I also got a smoothie and the smoothie was thicker than the bowl. The manager attitude was very uneducated! Zero service and zero quality. Very disappointing and disrespectful!
Clean, great service, annndd they had my favorite smoothie in stock so that made my day! I would definitely come to this location again!

They were supposed to open up at seven. I walked in and the lady behind the counter said were not open yet. I said what time do you open? She said 7. It was 7:10. I went back outside and waited. I think she might have been distracted because some guy was with her. Obviously not a worker. I ordered my drink and When she brought it over she said nothing and just walked away. I completely understand running behind. That happens. But not the poor attitude. It was like I was bothering her by being there. Not going back.

Unlike the large chain around here, multiple sizes are available. They have a lot more flavors as well for making a custom drink. Service was great, store is very clean.

I had a smoothie bowl situation where my experience was less that exceptional however the GM took care of the problem soon as it was bought to her attention. Tia is what makes customer service valued. She not only listened she made she that the problem got resolved! I love the way she conducts the establishment I see why she's a GM!

In the last year or two, the young workers they have working there have 0 personality, and I have no clue what they are doing different but the smoothies don't taste as good as they used to. And I feel rushed to order and pay as if they don't get paid by the hour. Last incident 4/27/23 mid morning. They're more interested in having a convo between eachother then interacting with the customers. Also whenever I come in, why is no one ever at the front? Two of them always come from out back after I've been in the store for a minute or two. Do not recommend.

I gave this place another shot. Yet again crappy customer service, wasn't satisfied with my smoothie, watered down...they didn't want to remake or make another for me without charging me twice, I won't be back. I drive all the way from titusville because I love smoothie king. Pretty disappointed.

A very refreshing atmosphere, very clean. Flavorful smoothies on their menu with so many delicious options, different protein options as well to add in your smoothie...caffeine if you choose it... It is a "Must Try" and then once you go, you will want it again! A healthy and happy stop. Five Stars for Smoothie King.
