When I went in to get a Pikes. The Coffee was itself so strong! and usually, I don't have a problem with Coffee. This time, was really strong. I couldn't even finish it!

I had a great experience at the mall. Victoria was very personable and friendly and offered me a sample of peppermint mocha frappe. Ally made my matcha latte and it was very good. I had a maple chicken sandwich that was very tasty. They both were upbeat and got my order done very fast. Great customer service and they pronounced my name correctly!
The baristas at this location are always super friendly and sweet but the second the manager Victoria is near things get tense..You can tell she puts them under immense stress when they are doing everything perfectly fine. As a customer I feel very bad for these poor young baristas having to put up with her tryanny :(

It was not a pleasant experience and i did not appreciate the way i was spoken to during our brief interaction. It was a bad start to my morning and it made me sad because my morning coffee makes my day and now i don’t want to go back there.
