The lady making my order an absolute sweet heart I tried to go up tot he counter to pay for a separate drink from my order because I did a mobile order and the girl in the head band gave me the nasties attitude didn’t let me finish a sentence rude as hell will not be coming back and she should get a check about her attitude towards customers

Couple in back smoking ? is disgusting and then make the food. Then when I asked her to toast the bread it wasn't even brown. I would not have any eat there just horrible customer service since they don't listen or care.

Really nasty lady called Lili.I asked for a cup to drink water . She said to me with a nasty actitude that she had no cups for me to drink water.The counter was filled with cups .She said that I would have to pay for a cup .I have come to this subway many years.I have never experienced anyone so nasty and gross.I will never come back to this place .Also the food is not good and dirty place

Apparently Subway changed the app, I only had cash and wasn't able to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% on the app. The server seemed irritated, but helped me. I ended up getting 2 meatball footlong subs with mozzarella. I didn't know there was a charge for mozzarella as this was my first time ordering the sandwich and a true meatball Parm comes with mozzarella or Parmesan. I was questioning the price of the combo and couldn't understand why it was so high $28 for a meatball combo? She started getting a little attitude and more irritated and I simply stated well the receipt will explain it to me. Once I got the receipt I saw where my confusion was. There's an up charge for the mozzarella, but she never said that and then I was supposed to get a free cookie for my reward, and she forgot to give me the cookie as I grab the food to go fix the drink she gave me a bag to put the two sandwiches in in the chips. I grab the bag and as I put my hands through the handle the bag rips and falls to the ground. Did she bother to asl is everything OK to see if I was OK no so the professionalism at the store with this current employee sucks. She should've stated it was an up charge and I don't know if I'll be back. The sandwich was good. She did make a good sandwich even though she was irritated when I asked for a little extra sauce, so it just seems like this employee had a bad day that's the rating for unfortunately, this location. This is the only salvageable picture because my kids garfed it down!

The guy who made the sandwiches for us just dabbed the mustard, mayo on the bread. Did not even spread on. Plopped the meat on the bread unevenly. I ask for salt & pepper, in which he almost barely added it. He OBVIOUSLY wasn't into his job. Ive been here a few years ago and it was much better service....What happened ? NOT coming here ever again. Meat, bread, cheese was good....but the servers....another story.
Very standard Subway experience in terms of the food, but we like the guy that works here who always puts on a bit of a show while he makes your sub. Convenient location that's easy to get in and out of, too. Download their app and order before ya go if you're in a hurry, they almost always have Buy One Get One deals there.

Tae was so rude to the point where it gave me anxiety asking for anything during my order. I've worked in food service myself for a while and I would never treat someone like she did to me. I still tipped and was extremely polite but she was so mean for no reason. Ex: slamming things, rolling her eyes, complaining and a tone like she was angry at me for existing.
