Went here for dinner on a Friday night.This place is a failure on all levels. Before I start my review I was one of three tables seated in the resturant.Service: after ordering our sushi I asked the waitress for some soysauce she said okay and immidiatly came back with eel sauce and spicy Mayo. I then asked for wasabi and ginger that i checked on the box she was confused and did not know what that was. I got up went to the service station to get it my self. After we finished all of our food she brought the wasabi and ginger I requested 20 minutes ago.The resturant charges tou automatically a 18% gratuity even if they give you terrible service.While handling peoples food she coughed directly into the palms of her hands.Food: the fried rice was not good I didn't finish.The raw fish sushi rolls were also chewy and not like eating sashimi from other restaurants. The spicy crab salad was okay and the miso soup was mid.I will never be coming back here and suggest you find a different restuant that will serve better food for less money.

This food was not good and it had very low quality food and low quality service I wouldn't recommend it. I asked for soysauce and she came back with eel sauce and spicy mayo. And when I asked for ginger and Wasabi it took like 20 minutes so I just grabbed my own.

I used to go to sushi factory regularly then the food went down hillMy mother went in there to apply for a job, they asked her to start on the spotFrom there the owner refused to do any type of training and started screaming at the staff to use common sense,Then when inquiring about pay he says he does not pay for training

Husband found a Straw wrapper wrapped in sushi roll. We showed the server and she didn’t speak English and handed me her phone to translate but still didn’t understand I also found a chuck of chicken in another roll. Chef delivered a meal to us and smelled horrible like cat pee. Will never be coming back and I honestly hope we don’t get food poisoning. Still had to pay full price after all that not worth the 42$ for two people. DISGUSTING AND Disappointing

Found a straw wrapper in my sushi roll and the fish was extremely discolored. When we tried to say something to the waitress, she couldn't understand English very well, and the app she tried to use to translate what we were saying I guess wasn't working. We just paid and left immediately.I recommend the Whickam location.. not this one.

This place...You wouldn't expect it.It's a sleeper.It shares a building with a lobby of an adjacent hotel.Don't let that fool you.Get the A Là Carte Menu and you won't be disappointed.The people are amazing, so sweet.The food is just as good.They will take care of you.Stop in on your way to the beach from Orlando, you won't regret it.

Sushi Factory got us through the Covid times. I only had Door Dash, so the atmosphere score is my luxurious living room with 109 inch 4k short throw laser projection TV. The Sushi was much better/Fresh than expected. Must have ordered 10-15 more times.

I think the reviews are a bit harsh here. The foot itself was tasty and the pricing is very fair. The service and atmosphere aren't amazing but does any place have amazing service post covid?If you're a few rolls for takeout its a no brainer.

Russian Roulette of sushi.All you can eat, but won’t probably be what you ordered. They are extremely slow, understaffed, we saw multiple tables leaving after 1 round (25m no kidding). we stayed for more, just to give them a chance and make sure that it was not a start of service, just to confirm it got worse and certain, I could write more, but why bother, do yourself a favor and pick any other place. Edit: after the bad experience I went on to read the other reviews just to find out that I gets a lot worse, TLDR: Do not go here.

Waited 1.5 hrs to find out they didn't have steak for the 3 orders of steak noodles and didnt tell us until an hour in. Then she told us they had no Wasabi. They then forgot about 4 different orders of sushi. Avoid this location!!!!
