Publix sushi is better.They treat there employees so awful, felt bad for the waitress. Horrible management and leadership there.

The server spoke only Spanish and had no idea what wasabi was. The food was nasty. Had to leave most of the food on the table. Smelled really bad and the rice was hard.UPDATE - halfway home, I had severe belly cramps and had violent bowel movements when I got home.

The Food was amazing. It came pretty fast and a robot brought several order to us. Great service, the staff were very polite. Overall it was amazing.Vegetarian options: Several Japanese rules, cucumber, avocado, asparagus, sweet potato, and mixed veggies. They also have soup and appetizers that are vegetables only.Wheelchair accessibility: Awesome traveling in w/ my knee scooter several times!!

Honestly not sure why the place isn’t packed all the time. My family loves it. The staff are as nice as they come and we love the little robot that brings the sushi sometimes. Food is excellent too and lots to choose from.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered for delivery and an hour and a half later there was no explanation-my order was cancelled. No consideration. No call. Not even I’m sorry. I will never know about the food because I won’t EVER make an attempt to eat here.

Ordered online and was given at 30 minute wait before coming for pickup. Showed up at 35 minutes to be told that it would take an additional 15 minutes. They were not busy and looked fully staffed.

The food here is pretty good but the service absolutely sucks. All 3 sushi factories (Melbourne, West Melbourne and Rockledge) they need more staff that actually knows what they’re doing and it helps to know the language also. They take forever to bring anything. The service is just really bad. ZERO

Good food but astoundingly mediocre service, to the point of infuriating. Don't like that the tip is automatic, the staff didn't deserve it. The owner's other locations were always better than this.
