The employee was in the back blasting loud and explicit rap music while a line of customers were getting ignored. The blonde female employee who was “working” behaved as if doing her job was an extreme inconvenience. she was quite rude to us by rushing us to order. You could tell she didn’t want to be there. I’m very displeased with this experience. Sadly I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This smoothie was pretty good, glad I asked about sugar because they don't I have that listed on their ingredients up on the menu but apparently they put turbinado sugar in almost every smoothie unless you ask for them to leave it out. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with customizing my beverage.

This place deserves higher reviews, everything is so good! Was super busy but everyone working was very friendly and quick, and my smoothie was perfect!
So rude, so slow they have a long line of paying customers but they have time to stop to fill up a friends water bottle this place is ridiculous workers also dancing around instead of helping.

I placed an order via Uber Eats and an item wasn't available. Brittany personally called me to see what replacement that I would like. The driver forgot part of my order, so Brittany called me back to let me know. Her customer service was AMAZING! I wasn't feeling good, and she sent me well wishes. To me, customer service is important. The Thai Salad and Ceasar wrap, as well as the Green Detox Smoothie was amazing, but the service was even more amazing. Thanks, Brittany and Tropical Smoothie team! :)
