No drive thru from the photos. You can walk in but be prepared for wait. Someone who comes after you will get their items first. I think the smoothies are overpriced but pretty good. Add the fat burner for those trying to lose weight.

Went in there to purchase a gift card and the worker said I don’t know if we do gift cards let me call my manager??? How do you not give out gift cards and there’s one sitting in front of you? She literally act like she didn’t know the procedure. This is the absolute worst tropical smoothie. I have already called corporate on them, because, how do you not give gift cards

Kylene is awesome. Super clean and professional location compared to the ones north and south. This place is busy but still super nice and efficient! The detox island green smoothies are so good. Chicken pesto and Santa Fe dilla is nommy . This is always my go to place!

a co-worker bought lunch for our office today and i usually like the Caesar wrap but this one time it was NOT the greatest. when i called i was told he could bring it back and another one would be made, but i didn't understand why he needed to bring back the one i started eating? so i just told him to forget taking it back to get another one made and kept it but next time i'll make sure i ask for the dressing on the side.Parking: enough parking

I'm leaving a good review bc I honestly think the people working are so sweet and nice and hard working and i love the baja wrap...BUT I literally spend my ENTIRE hour lunch break waiting on food, please please please hire more people there's very often only one person trying to do EVERYONE'S orders all by themselves. Kudos to them for hanging in there.

They have hired new employees but forgot the training part. The new girl has been there for weeks and still can't blend a smoothie properly. I have chucks that won't go through a straw of ice and dates. We come every week and unless you order ahead you will wait 30 minutes for a smoothie.

They had me order and pay and wait 10 minutes before telling me they didn’t have the ingredients to make anything. Refused to give me a refund and told me to call cooperate for one. Another person left bc they weren’t wearing

I came here for a doordash order for someone else but ended up canceling it. The order was just a smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap. But they seemed to be having issues, and only one guy was cooking. Seemed everyone was getting their orders at least 20 mins later. I waited for 15 mins before I canceled and left. The lady working there was extremely frustrated and showed it. One lady behind me said she wanted a refund instead of the food but the lady told her they don't do refunds which I feel like there's no way that's true. So crazy. Looks like the employees here need some more training.

Reading the reviews, I had a similar bad experience today. Smoothie had no taste, so they made me another, asking me what was wrong with it from 20 feet away. Without waiting for an answer, the person making my smoothie dumps a bunch of Stevia in my smoothie. Then, I open my flatbread, and it's a mess. On top of that, the bacon isn't cooked. Disgusted, I asked for my money back, and the workers said the manager will call me. Left my lunch on the counter and walked out. I tried calling the store later, and the answering system has no option for speaking with someone.
