Very kind service. Loved the pizza we ordered. Thin crust. Ham and cheese with black olives. The simplicity of flavors allows us to perceive the good quality of the elements used to produce it. Not spicy at all. Great hoise tomato sauce. Loved it. Amd of course... A good dessert. Deep dish Ghirardeli chocolate chips brownie with vamilla ice cream on top. Easy acces to 95.

Open Table had reserved a time of 11:45 am for us, but it turned out the restaurant didn't open until noon. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention so that reservation times can be corrected All in all we had a great dining experience!

Great place to enjoy pizza!! Sat outdoors with a view of the lake. Attentive service and food was up to par. Ordered the 4 cheese pizza with pesto. Can't complaint, lots of cheese.

Pizza Uno is the original Chicago Deep Dish Pizzaria. I've visited the original Chicago location several times, enjoying their authentic deep dish as well as other Italian - American favorites. The Melbourne, FL location is true to the original. Let's start with the food. The deep dish pizza is the star of the show. Ingredients taste fresh, popping with robust flavor. Portions of toppings are generous, and the pizza is perfectly baked, ensuring a flaky but not hard exterior crust with a soft, bread-like interior. This time around, we got the large Numero Uno (subbed out the mushrooms for garlic b/c I can't stand mushrooms) and the large Chicago Meat Market. Both were amazing. The service is on point. Friendly, accommodating, attentive, and well trained. I can tell that this location puts an emphasis on screening and training, and it's obvious that they treat their employees right, which in turn makes for a great customer experience. They're also reasonable. When I asked to sub out the mushrooms for garlic, they didn't try to upcharge me. If you order on their website, it is indeed an upcharge (which it shouldn't be if you're simply subbing out one for another that cost the same price on the menu, but that's corporate policy for you). This kind of level headed, common sense management is customer friendly, and I hold that in high regard. The restaurant is super clean, well lit, and the music isn't annoyingly loud like at other restaurant / bars. It's present enough to establish an atmosphere yet not overwhelming so as to impede conversation. Every time I come to Melbourne, Uno's is a must. I wish they still had their Miami location (but if they did, I'd likely be 20 lbs heavier). Overall, I love Uno's Melbourne and highly recommend it!

We went in the afternoon. Not busy at all, pretty much had the place to ourself. Dining room was very clean, as were the men's restrooms. Service was excellent, but again, it was early and practically empty; however, it seemed the level of service we received would have been the same regardless.Food was excellent. Had fried mozzarella for an appetizer, and they were perfectly done. We had never had Chicago-style pizza, and it was outstanding. Definitely better than most NY-style pizzas we've ever had.All in all, we will most certainly be back in the near future.

I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas online for a pickup time of an hour later. When I arrived I found they had lost the order and I had to wait for them to start it. I should have cancelled the order because even after waiting for it to be cooked, it was cold and awful. Just awful pizza for being overpriced and cold. Not a good way to get people back into your restaurant folks. I SURE won't be back.
